I had the worst experience today with Starbucks. The girl was so rude and didnt listen to what’s I said and walked away. Do better
Love visiting this Starbucks all year round. The staff were incredible thoughtful when preparing my order and servicing me at the drive thru.
Friendly staff, always good coffee and plenty of parking.
Understaffed and over-worked, only reason this is 2 stars and not one is because these problems are not the direct fault of the employees. I just waited 40 minutes, in resturaunt, for a drink that is almost too sweetened to stomach. Reserve at least 30 minutes to get a beverage at this Starbucks
The East Central St Starbucks (Worcester) made my drinks hot instead of iced - I said I’d take them anyway, I’m not too picky when it comes to coffee. Not only did Andrew, Marco, & Alaina insist on gifting me the original drinks, and remaking my drinks iced, they gave my dog additional puppachinos during the short wait. Needless to say we’ll be back- exceptional drinks, exceptional service.
Central Street is always busy but they always get the order right. I had a unusual treat for myself. It was the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and it was absolutely delicious. And it had extra caramel added to it and it was worth every cent and every calorie.
This location seems better managed, more efficient and friendlier than the other Starbucks on Park Ave, in Worcester. I have only had a problem once with wait time here; for some reason, the place was packed that time. The only other problem I had was about a week ago on Sunday the place was closed, but they didn't put a sign at the drive through ordering speaker. After getting no response and driving off, I did see a sign at the pick-up window, but people in the drive through line had no way of knowing the place was closed. But this location will get all of my business in Worcester from now on. I refuse to go to Park Ave. anymore.
It's Starbucks. Met my expectations. Coffee and cookies were great. Staff was friendly, and the service was speedy.The drive-thru was extremely busy.
Store was completely closed this morning. No signs, nothing. Says it opens at 5am. Was there at 6am.waste of life
