My wife and I chose this restaurant for our anniversary because we wanted something down to earth, nothing too fancy to go with our clothing for our next adventure which was Far Shot, Axe and Knives shooting and Archery. Smokestack Urban BBQ was so good from our awesome hostess, waitstaff, appetizer, drinks, and food. We tried 4 different sides between us and all were awesome (especially the Mac and Cheese), she loved the pulled pork and chicken wings and I loved my half chicken. Everything was great!

Had lunch at Smokestack today - best BBQ I've had north of the Carolinas!! Good portions - should have brought some home but it was so good, I had to eat all of it!! Great service!!

Wings were over cooked, room temperature, and flavorless. Cornbread lacks taste. Mac and cheese was ok and the mashed potatoes were absolutely cold and a clump. The ribs were ok as well I wouldn’t say they were all that great. Tiffany served us she came by and checked if we needed anything a couple times

I'm not overly familiar with the Worcester dining scene, but was pleasantly surprised by Smokestack. The vibe, service, and food was tough to beat. The location is great and parking wasn't too difficult even with 6 inches of snow. Nice selection of beer and the BBQ rivals anything else in New England.

Good food. Great atmosphere. Great prices too! We has a large party (over 10) and they were very accomodating.

I haven't been here in awhile and the last time was great. This time, I ordered the "Brisket Reuben" which was very fatty and disappointing. The rest of the sandwich, the onion strings, beverages, service, ambience were great. Not sure if this was a one-off or they're sourcing a lower-quality product these days.

Delicious BBQ! Great service! Melt in your mouth ribs needed no sauce but all 3 were yummy!

First visit there today, heard about from a friend. There were 10 of us,called day before to make res. I have to say, it was an excellent experience! The bbq was to due for, especially the ribs. Excellent flavor.! Service was good, even with a slip up.....she handled everything very well.....and most of us got leftovers enough for another meal! Would definitely return, and look forward to it!

We grabbed dinner here before a show at the DCU center and it was phenomenal. The best BBQ I have had. We got the brisket and pulled pork, with Mac n cheese, apple slaw, mashed potatoes, baked beans, and cornbread. The place was empty when we went at 4:30 (right when they opened), and the food was out in (no joke) less than 5 minutes from when we ordered it. Everything was delicious and not unreasonably priced. Our waitress did hawk a bit, coming over multiple times to ask how things were, but that could be because we were literally the only people there. Would definitely go back, and if we were local, this would be a regular spot for us.

The mac and cheese tasted like unseasoned milk noodles with a cottage cheese consistency and my pulled pork sandwich was bone dry. I couldn’t take a bite of it without drinking water first. My boyfriends brisket was annoyingly really good. Order at your own risk.
