To start we did not get pizza. Realize this is a pizza place and it did look good going by. Our service was ok. She tried very hard. They were out of merlot? Food was not hot. Waited a long time to get salad dressing. Eggplant hard around the edges. Decided on dessert but really should have passed. It was good but just not great. Inside and outside seating. Many other places on Shrewsbury St that are better.

Like the setting. The entire staff was very friendly, engaging. The menu had a good selection. The shrimp scampi and lasagna were great.

Food was horrible, overcooked pasta and tasteless sauce. Waitress was very gruff and unpleasant

There are many pizza restaurants in Worcester, yet few great pizzas. Pepe's contributes to this trend. The chicken BBQ pizza features a cloyingly sweet sauce, greasy cheese, poorly chopped onions, and chicken that was most likely frozen. For the price, I would have expected significantly better. The boneless wings were little more than frozen chicken fingers tossed in a bottle of generic sauce. A frozen pizza from the grocery store and box of chicken fingers would have cost a fraction of the bill and been as good if not better. There are far better establishments offering pizza in the city at comparable prices.

Excellent Italian food, but limited wine offerings and no coffee or tea available. Very crowded and noisy on weekends.

It was a good experience thanks to our waitress Athena, other than that, The food was fine. Nothing to scream about. The new place is very loud and I suggest that they put pads on the bottom of the chair legs as they were making an awful racket . It is a great location and they are building an outdoor patio.

Ordered the mussels...horrible.Way too salty. The broth was awful.Ordered Chicken Marsala....Very salty as well.I highly recommend Mari e Monti on Wall Street Worcester....that place is the best Italian restaurant in Central Mass

First time there, dinner was great (chicken marsala) and some homemade wine, complements of the owner...that it turns out knows my boyfriend! Splitting a nice piece of pistachio cake for dessert topped off the delicious meal. Will definitely go back!

Great food and service. Only problem: they haven't echo-proofed the places. The high ceilings and bare walls magnify every noise. I'd go back even with the noise. They have ample parking right on Shrewsbury Street. Good for them.

The food was just ok ..no service...had to ask for them to refill the food..had to ask for coffee they brought one pot for 25 plus people ..had to ask for refill .had to ask for creamer/milk..no spoons!! No salt/ pepper or cheese on the tables and the tip at 20% was included in the bill .I will never have another event there !! Lesson lerned
