I can’t believe the guy working there just did that!!!! So I went on and made a delivery because my kids and I are hungry and I’m tired, don’t feel like cooking. Finished my order..couldn’t find my card to pay. He still delivered the food to us knowing I haven’t paid… just a random customer calling to place an order. So yeah I got the food and eventually found my card and called back and pay. You guys have me for life. I’m never ordering from any other place in Worcester. You guys have my loyalty and the food is great love the smell of the ? and how the cheese melts on top of the pizza. Steak and cheese was ?. ?
They have an XL version of their pizzas that's great for families/get togethers.They also have a gluten free pizza which is the best we've tried. Super friendly, couple of tables but mainly to-go business.
Tried this place on a whim and is easily best small pizza place I've had in years. Nice crust, flavorful sauce, friendly people.
Will made it very easy for our baseball program to put a large order in. The subs were delicious and I would recommend working with Palace Pizza.
It only takes one poorly trained employee to kill a great small business.As we have for three decades, we ordered pizza from Palace Pizza yesterday. When it was delivered, the pepperoni pizza was swimming in oil, the crust was almost uncooked. Not only could you not pick it up to eat, you couldn't even recut the slices! Excess oil was so bad it seeped through the stiff cardboard box in short order. The second pizza was a veggie pizza with no tomatoes for physical reasons. What arrived was with tomatoes. Both went into the trash.My wife called Palace back. The person on the phone didn't appear to know how to handle a complaint, she handed the phone to another employee who called his 'boss'. They wanted to first replace the pizzas (no stomach for more today!), then they wanted pictures of the pizzas. All we needed was a credit, we could have easily stopped payment on the card used but didn't.At this point my wife gave up dealing with these employees. That was over $40 in wasted monies which will never be spent at Palace Pizza again! I'm sorry this happened. Its like losing extended family. Talk about "a bad taste in your mouth."
Great business, delicious food, fun staff. I came in to pick up my order, and the staff were a lot of fun to talk to. There was an issue with my order, and they fixed it, no questions asked. Excellent business skills, positive experience, and nice atmosphere.

Ask for Will because he's a certified "g". Don't ask him about Canadiens, but he will give you the hookup lol. The canolis were packin', I would literally sell my soul for a mint patty out of their machine, and the service will provide you the literal plug if ur plug phone dying. Their mega pizza is bigger than my username and that's saying something. Great Pizza, Amazing Service, Nice Atmosphere. Definitely for the boys unless you are from Jersey (Go Bruins). Similar to Worcester's hockey team, this place RAILS the competition. Perfect for all ages, except if you are a fourth five year old bowler having a mid-life crisis or Will's manager or something. Five stars coming from a reputable pizza connassuer like myself.
Life got better for us when we found this place, and only 5 minutes away. The staff is amazing, hilarious and always answers the phone like you’re a relative calling. The crust is delicious, with a touch of sweetness, the tomato sauce is clean and smooth and the topping ratio and coverage is absolute top notch. I make a lot of pies at home with whole ingredients in cast irons/stones/steels and still crave them from here.these garlic knots are insane, covered in rich buttery garlicy parmesan enough to dunk in that both my wife and brother have said “these are the best garlic knots I’ve had in my life”. I don’t review much but it’s a disservice not to. Please never leave.
Great Pizza, subs, and salads. Their Specialty Pizzas are creative, Unique and delicious. Good apps, friendly and kind service. Don't let the unremarkable look of the place fool you (if I didn't work so closely I probably would never have noticed it. But glad that I did! Repeat customer for 16 months. The manager and staff are very sweet and caring to customers regardless of the hard times and challenges that Covid has dished out to all businesses. Highly Reccommend! ????
