OneZo in Worcester is our favorite place for milk teas so far. The Hong Kong Style Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Bubble Latte milk teas are our favorites! The boba is made in house and is super fresh. It makes such a nice addition to any tea. I love getting the salty cheese foam with the brown sugar latte too, try it, you wont be disappointed! Service is always super friendly and fast.
I absolutely love the strawberry milk tea with little ice, little sugar & white bubble from this place.But the last 4 times ive tried to get white bubble during a variety of different days of the week and times, there is no longer any white bubble.Please make more white bubbleWhen we decided to go for another flavor other than our usual because there wasn't any white bubble, it did not go well.Have more white bubble available.
By FAR the best bubble tea in the area. We have never been disappointed with our orders. Staff is friendly and teas are delicious.
OneZo is delicious!Each beverage is beautifully made, labeled and sealed - it's such a treat poking the straw through the top to enjoy your drink.I've ordered in person & via delivery several times now, and each time my order was perfect, straws included - the hot drinks arrived hot, and the cold drinks arrived still icy - I've yet to have a negative experience with Onezo.The menu has a good selection of warm and cold teas, milks, and smoothies, with the option to customize any order.My current favorite is the Oreo milk, with extra oreo, brown sugar boba and coffee jelly.Ordering there is quick and easy. It's a great stop for a unique treat.
Did not include straws on an Uber Eats delivery of 6 drinks. Boba cannot be drank without the special straws. When I called to complain the solution given was to "come pick them up" (I'm in Shrewsbury and they're in Worcester)or order another drink on Uber eats, pay for the new drink and they would include the remaining straws and 1 free drink. No solution was given in which I didn't have to pay. Ended up with 6 drinks and no straws. Worst customer service experience both in person, and on the phone. Not worth it.
Ordered on UberEATS and the 6 drinks didn't come with straws. So the solution that they gave us was for us to drive all the way down to the town (to the store) to have the straws. Not really a solution.. Why did we pay the delivery then?

Absolutely LOVE their bubble tea. I get the oreo milk tea with cheese foam every time. Sounds weird but tastes absolutely amazing!! And if pumpkin if in stock in the pastries— I highly recommend it. Delicious
Pretty good, boba seemed kinda overly mushy but maybe that's just me used to another place. Otherwise really helpful staff and cool environment!
Yummy bubble tea as always. Staff friendly as usual. Not related to the shop, but parking can be hard if you're not good with tight streets. There is a side street however that we have always been able to use to just pop in and get boba.
