Richard is the best server I have ever had within quite a few years~ I will always come back for the great service here
First visit to Olive Garden in more than 15 years.... Very pleased.... The food was awesome.... We had the best server... Isabel... She was sooo friendly... Very knowledgeable about the menu... Polite and courteous....We went back a week later... I was going to ask for Isabel but at the last second didn't ask..... Turns out she was our server again.... Like an old friend... She was happy to see us!!! Another fantastic visit....
Attentive wait staff, tasty food, moderate prices. One star off for our main course served 30 seconds after our salad arrived. We sent it back to the kitchen.
I brought my Father-in-law for lunch here. Johana was our waitress. She was very attentive and fantastic overall. It really makes a difference when you enjoy the meal, atmosphere, relaxing music, PLUS have a waitress with a friendly, smiley face. It completes the wonderful lunch @ Olive Garden. ? ?
Last night afterwork I meet my husband meet there for dinner. As we are part of the restaurant industry and we were aware that we were one or probably their last customers. I communicated upon arrival that we understood that it was near closing hours @9:25 and I would order everything immediately to avoid stress.The server took care of us immediately and was very professional. I could hear other employees complain in the background in/out of the kitchen about having to stay till late and having to take care of last minute orders (UNCOMFORTABLE)I ordered my food and communicated to the server that I would ONLY eat angel hair pasta. I am pregnant and thats the only pasta I was craving. I cannot stand the texture of other pastas.The server came over after a short wait and apologized very honest and courteous communicated that he accidentally did not ring in the angel hair if I would take it or if I wanted the kitchen to remake it.At this point it was 9:40, 20 minutes before Restaurant closed, I told the server it was “OK”!!!! and that I would wait for the dish to be remade since I was not going to eat it.TO OUR SURPRISE server VERY ASHAMED then communicated that the kitchen CLOSED and they will NOT BE MAKING MY MEAL!NO MANAGER ASSISTED OR SUPPORTED THIS SERVER!!!!! Completely unacceptable in the industry, if you have a closing time of 10pm then it is your job to serve best customer service and serve customer till closing hour.It was more than clear that the establishment or management DID NOT CARE.We tipped server over 20% because we understood mistakes happened and he had no control or support over the situation.A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Great food, wonderful service from our Server. One issue there was atleast 10 people working but seemed like only two waitresses actually working the floor. So we ended up waiting extra long fir everything. I got my food before my drink. Waited atleast 20m before even being served ......
We go to lunch there and order the unlimited soup and salad and breadsticks for $7.99, can't beat the deal and it's good. Even one round is enough to keep you full and happy, but they're glad to refill the soup or salad or rolls. Sometimes we order dinner and that's always good too. The staff is pleasant and good at their jobs. It's always a good experience.

The last two times I ordered from this Olive Garden the salad was wilted and the shrimp was overcooked. The last tiime they also made a mistake on my order. I don't know what is gpoing on there but wilted sald is inexcusable.My last ime was trly my last time-I will not be going back to this restaurant again.
The food was good, best salad to dressing ratio I have ever had at a olive garden. The new shrimp appetizer was delicious. We left full and happy. Highly recommend.
