Celebrated a birthday there on June 18. The food was great the staff was wonderful.
I ordered the specialty salad, Pecan Chicken Berry Salad. It was yummy, beyond words. The greens were plentiful, as was the chicken. It came with strawberries, blueberries, cranberries and an assortment of other fresh vegetables. I ordered honey mustard dressing and I thought it was a perfect match. There was enough left over for a second meal. I also ordered a diet Pepsi, no coke served here. My tab came to $23.51, before tax and tip. O'Connors is one of my favorite restaurants. I will definitely be back.
Great time. My husband rated the prime rib end cut medium rare as 9.2 and he is very picky. I had the seafood pie and it qas yummy.
Food was great. Service not so much. Waiting 10 minutes for a someone to come over to get a drink order started. After apps took 40 minutes for food to be delivered then waited 20 minutes for a check.
Large pub with good beers, I had Old Specked Hen that was well kept. The Irish pizza was fun and filling
O’Connor’s has great food, great drinks, and a friendly and casual atmosphere.
First I have to say that I hate giving a bad review to this place. I was one of O'Conners first customers back in April of 1989 and came here often with friends for lunch and with family for dinner. Over the years i have stopped in 60 to 70 times. All those visits were great for food and service. However I was visiting in the Worcester area in the last few days and everything changed. We stopped by on the 11th and were sorry to see that both the food and service was way below par. I had ordered a Back and Tan for a drink and the waitress not only did not know what it was but ended up bringing a drink that did not resemble a back and tan (could be the barkeeps fault). There was no cooperation to get it right from her so I bit the bullet and kept it. She seems to have problems with getting my wife coffee and ever refilling it. My daugher's Irish type coffee was almost pure alcohol. The wait time on food was a quite long for a unbusy Monday. None of our meals were hot and had clearly been sitting in the window for some time. Needless to say we had given up and wanted to get out of there ASAP which we did. It could have all been getting a poor untrained server but left a rough feeling in my mind as to what is going on recently with O'Conners. Not sure at this point if I will ever give them another try. By contrast we went to the Miss Worcester Diner for breakfast the day before and were treated like famously like family. O'Conners please step your game back up like you used to be.
We went on a very busy Saturday, the night before the St Patrick's Parade. They handled it very well. We got to meet himself. Loved his attitude!!! The food honestly was next level. We had the corned beef Shillelagh Sticks, Enormous beef and mushroom Guinness Pie, Atlantic Seafood Pie, Butternut Squash Bisque, New England Clam Chowder. The Corned beef sticks were just amazing buttery flaky goodness, both soups had amazing flavor. The Guiness Pie, was bursting with flavor. meat was not as tender as I wanted but it wasn't a deal breaker. The Seafood Pie was absolute heaven. So much Seafood. Scenery is awesome, service was fast. Bathroom was soo clean, I could eat in there. There place is a must do .
Excellent...Corned beef was a hit..Grilled swordfish, turkey dinner and shepherds pie were all great.Good amount of parking.Friendly staff.Interesting atmosphere.A little pricey, but well worth it.
My son chose to come here for his birthday. It was very busy for a Tuesday but service was fine. All dinners and drinks were well made. The prices were very reasonable. Why go to a chain when you can come here?
