Last time I ordered there I was so angry because the fries weren't fresh at all. It was so hard and crunchy and the nuggets don't even get me started on them. I will take a while to recover and go there again.
This McDonald's was one of the dirtiest I have ever been in. There was a lot of hair on every surface of the bathroom. There were dirty tables throughout the dining area and trash on the floor by the soda fountain. The food tasted fine (McDonald's fine, to be clear), but my appetite was a bit off based on everything else I saw while I was there.
Staff gets more and more lazy... told the girl at the window there was a van in the other drive thru line that had been waiting 4 cars long in my line that had passed. Her response was she was told to stop taking orders bc they were busy....so we are going to let someone sit there??? I ordered a oreo flurry....not mixed. At all. Just oreo crumbles on top of ice cream.
They gave us extra fries because of the delay they had w our order. Plus also a humble apology. T.y mcds
Order a ice coffee they gave me milk i went around the drive thru again and they told me to wait that they will bring me the coffee and they never did. I had to leave because I was on my lunch hour. Practically they took my money??
They forgot my food twice but each time it was the same girl chatting about her bf maybe focus and my food would be fine
Why don’t they have regular hours? I feel like this McDonald’s is just randomly closed. They need to update their hours on google and stick with it because they are most definitely not 24 hours during the week anymore. As far as the service, usually friendly, the food is a toss up
So got this today that is nice no meat on a quarter pounder?
I ordered a steak breakfast sandwich and what I received was a bacon sandwich, this woman didn't speak English, didn't put the order on the screen and didn't give me a receipt! so another worker said she'd give me a refund but instead gave me 2 sausage sandwiches that I didn't ask for and she didn't ask me! I wanted my damn money back since you didn't get my order right and was rude!
I visit this site sometimes 3-4 times a week, and every time, I expect quality drive thru service, instead every time i order chicken nuggets the sauce is NEVER inside my bag. Sure I should double check before leaving, but when i explicitly say the sauce in the drive thru and how they forgot it the time prior, it is NEVER inside the bag when I leave. This is unacceptable being a former McDonalds department manager. I'm going to continue to leave reviews every single time I don't receive the sauce in the bag, something so simple!
