Lawd Jesus what a mess this place is. Splatters on the ceiling, cashier saying profanities and hugging a male employee from behind while he’s making sandwiches. The food was as expected but took quite a while to receive and kept asking me what was in my order.
Burger (double cheese) was a little dry, tasted like it wasn't very fresh & not enough mustard or ketchup. They did get the order right though. Service was okay.
Great service at 12:30 in the morning. Was waiting for my daughter to get in to Worcester Airport and needed some food at that hour. Super friendly staff at the drive-through. Always great burgers and fries.
Place is disgusting trash everywhere, food on the floor trash can overflowing. Sits and tables dirty. Management need to get it together or fire everyone and get people that are willing to keep the place nice.
The service at this place is so slow it's almost unbelievable.Don't come here unless you have a lot of time on your hands.
The young man told me that he was giving me a regular Coke like I ordered but it was in fact a diet. The issue wasn't as much that he gave me a diet, but to lie about it, infuriating

Horrible place I order a coffe with my order and that was only water and sugar and the staff is so unprofessional,and unhelpful they ignore the costumers, in front of my eyes they say to each other “I’m not helping the next costumer”.I don’t know who is managing that place but definitely they need a new management and a new staff, we pay for our food and we deserve great service… I am very very disappointed.Worst experience ever…
Food is gross the last 5 times I've been mind you 5 different ones there was hair in my food.i would not eat there or recommend it to anyone..I'd rather starve....
Over cooked and dry. What put together as a mess. Food was cold. The worst McDonald's I have visited.
