The drive through after 10 becomes extremely slow, you can imagine how slow since I am typing this review while I am stuck in the drive through traffic, apart from that food and all is ok. So if you want tak go through drive through, be ready to wait for 40 minutes at least.
My friend got a 20 piece spicy chicken nuggets and medium fry and split it with me and the next morning I started to feel the symptoms of food poisoning. Diarrhea all day and into the next, nausea, extreme headache, dehydration, weakness, and my body just hurt in general I could not move from my bed. Don’t get the spicy chicken nuggets.
Every time we go to this location, they always ignore us at the speaker so after waiting a few minutes we pull up to the window to give them our online order code. It's so slow there too, the line is always long.
I grew up in this neighborhood and McDonald’s was the bomb and affordable at the time. Now it’s the worst McDonald’s around and I don’t know why o keep going there. I waited 45 minutes one night just for sodas. The drive through window is always discussing. And tonight I got a Sunday and a flurry and they handed it to me a mess. The spoons were dirty with fudge and caramel finger prints. Aweful and sad ?
Had an issue with my hash browns they were burnt to a crisp like chips in a bag went inside manager seemed extraordinarily sweet and happy to help I made a comment I worked over night and I didn't truly believe this was real then the flamboyant young man with the shells necklace who burned the hash browns to a crisp who obviously can't handle clear instructions and the 6 foot 9. Tall female that works in the location preceeded to make faces at eachother and give me an attitude I had a very bad day at work and decided to leave the food on the table and leave before I showed that kid something to have an attitude about. Extremely disgusting experience if it weren't for the manager being as sweet as she was I would never return to this location.
So... Ordered a DBL Quarter no cheese meal. Got a single Quarter sandwich, one pattie. Went back and let them know they made a mistake, took the quarter and gave me another quarter one pattie. Unless McDs changed up their patties and now have half pound beef patties or it's a new cook that doesn't know the recipes, I can't see this as acceptable.Maybe they did change up their patties to half pound patties. If that's the case let me know and I'll remove and update this review.I did not go back in and try a 3rd time to get this right. Is third times a charm the thing here?
Everything is fine but drive thru people should pay real attention what we say. I absolutely understand working conditions bc i’m in a restaurant job too. Thank you guys for hard work!
Every time I go here they mess up my food and take wayyy to long in the drive through! They have terrible customer service as well.
The most rudest, unprofessional, staff to ever come across.. Customers will be waiting and they will be there gathering and talking stupid stuffs. They act as if customers should beg them to spend money
Then Slowest drive thru waited 25 minutes and still didnt order yet .
