The general manager at this location was being very rude to the employees, almost like emotionally harassing them, one of the coworkers was crying. She also yelled at me as a customer when I asked what was wrong. Personally I wouldn't let that slide, but that's just me. Higherups shouldn't be yelling at their employee, they should be respecting them even when time are tough.
Unprofessional/ impolite staffs, I ordered through the screen there, the mocha frappe, usually the screen will say ‘not available’ for the item that is not available at that moment, but it didn’t say at the time I ordered, so I ordered frappe, and waited for almost 20mins, so I asked one staff if my frappe is being made and they said ‘oh we don’t have frappe at the moment’ and guess what as if I didn’t ask them I might have to wait there forever, none of them cares about customer who waits for the unavailable item which is written on the bill that they are holding on their hands, then I asked for a different $amount of frappe and new item I wanted to replace, again the super unprofessional asked me what I want, I said either you refund all amount or give me the different of frappe and new iced coffee which like 1$ different, they looked so confused and kept asking me about whatsoever I wouldn’t understand so I said whatever just give me that coffee, and yet they took my 1$ , I don’t care that money but I do care about how they treat and try to help me or not. Please train your staffs to be more effective.
This McDonald’s is really nice to dine in during the day. Staff are usually good here, nice dining atmosphere. Just don’t come at night as it’s near main south.
This place is really bad no one can understand you threw the drive thru every time I go here I have to wait at least 10 min for them to bring my drinks out. Does it really take that long for just drinks
couldnt order mcflurries but got chocolate shakesinstead, and the fries were very fresh.
An alright location. Not the greatest but the food was right and hot and my order was right all in all a good location
Every time I order from this place the simplest tasks are not done can even fill a kids fry right, or remember honey mustards for my 5 year old chicken nuggets, you order to go for convenience but it only seems like it’s a burden for them they need to hire people who can read and not pick up the phone say hello then hang up atrocious
I had a terrible experience today. I went in to get my free medium french fries that was on the McDonald's app. And I also ordered two Filet-O-Fish for $6. I left the store only to find out they never gave me the medium fries. I went back in and explained to the young girl at the counter that they never gave me the french fries. She said to me you weren't charged for them. I said, what does that mean? I was supposed to receive them as the deal of the day on the McDonald's app. She gave me an attitude and then went to her Superior and they were questioning whether they should give me the fries or not. I then said to them just give me my money back. Which they did. I will never ever go back. And I encourage everyone to stay away from this McDonald's on Main Street in Worcester. The help is subpar at best
Worst McDonald’s You Can Ever Go To. I Ordered A Simple Hamburger For My Child With Only Ketchup And Extra Onion, I Guess Extra To Them Means Extra Extra Cause My Poor Child Had A Mountain Or Onions On Her Burger And Lets Not Forget They Added Cheese To A Hamburger!!! I Asked Them To Fix It And They Are All Childish And Petty!! They Seriously Gave Me Different Ingredients This Time. Clearly Reading And Comprehending Isn’t One Of Their Many Skills! Pathetic
The breakfast sandwich was ok. But i wish theyd bring back the sausage egg and cheese bagel. They were great. My favorite. This mcdonalds on main st.worcester ma. Is always having trouble with their shake machine. Other mcds dont have this problem with their shake machine.
