This place is awful. My granddaughters wanted hibachi, and asked me to take them there. The place has a not so fresh smell when you walk thru the door. We sat down at the hibachi and ordered sushi first; it was OK. We had to ask for soy sauce. Then we ordered hibachi; it was the worst tasting, no season hibachi ever...just awful. We had to ask for yum yum sauce and there was no ginger sauce. The chef never held a conversation other than confirming our order. Find a real hibachi place if you want hibachi in Worcester, MA.
Not a hibachi fan at all but there was some seating not for hibachi. ? Enough about my hatred of hibachi...nice small place, very good sushi and while you there order a top shelf Mai tai!!Tai!!! Only $6 and..... DAMN!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NOT authentic hibachi at all, the chef didn't even give a good show, plus the restaurant didn't do anything special on my birthday. And the salad dressing looked like vomit ? The rice was all stuck together, veggies not cooked. Gross, gross, gross!!!
We didn't have a reservation, so we weren't able to get a table at the hibachi but we ordered sushi rolls. They were all pretty good, even the "basic" rolls. We ordered a 4-roll combo and the waitress asked us "do you want the soup and salad that comes with the combo? " and at first we thought it was an odd request but we soon found out why (maybe?). The Miso soup was really weak (very little hondashi, mostly water), no tofu in it. The salad was 99.5% lettuce with some off-recipe dressing (not the usual ginger dressing served with salad) but it was still refreshing and hit the spot. I'm mostly giving 5-stars because of the green-haired waitress, she was the best - her attention and communication were A+ throughout the meal.
I treated my mom for a belated birthday lunch we decided to go eat at Kyoto . We both ordered the lunch - in special which was Filet Mignon & Fried Rice Vegetables and a salad ?. The staff were friendly and the cook ,was awesome! We had the food cooked in front of us, which was so cool ! Definitely recommend ? this place, it was clean inside and they were quick with the service ?! No complaints ?, would 100% percent go back again, and would recommend to family & friends ?! Totally wroth your money ?!
The cooks were very skilled and the waitresses friendly and fast. Would definitely come again. Portions are also good!
Cooking table was excellent. Clean and great taste. The California roll with Wasabi and ginger was super tasty. Maitais flowed well!

My family and I went here for the first time tonight. We did the Hibachi and did not have to wait, on a Saturday night. On the way to our table, I almost fell. The floor was extremely slick. While we were eating dinner, we noticed that everybody else walking anywhere on the floor almost fell as well. When my Son needed to use the bathroom, we waddled like penguins. Literally. The bathrooms are disgusting. I don't think they have been clean, ever. There were slick layers of fingerprints and black grime on every hand surface. I lost my appetite here. There was food ALL over the floor. Like they hadn't swept them all day. Maybe, ever. The cook was putting our food on our plates and flung my husband's steak onto his brand new sweater. The tabletop was oily and he continously flung sauce and food all over the place. I would never eat here again. It's so so dirty.
