EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the Lincoln St Worcester Mass location!! Would give it 0 stars if I could. People working there are rude and inconsiderate.We were charged for 3 large drinks that we did not receive. The dinner was cold and had to be heated in the microwave even though we waited on the order as it was not ready on time. They tried to pass off Gatorade as Fruit Punch. We were charged for an additional side of mashed potatoes and gravy not in the bucket deal to receive 2 mashed potatoes which we did not receive. Chicken pieces were extremely small. (Unlike the pieces and services from another location last week!!)EXTREMELY Disappointed!!! Tried calling to let them know of the issues, however, the phone line was consistently busy. I imagine everyone was having issues like me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!
They are closed to my house so I tried them 2 times and it was horrible both times. Popeyes is way way better a longer drive but worth the trip!
I understand the staffing shortage and struggles many companies are currently facing, but the wait at this location was beyond excessive and customer service was poor at best. After ordering from the app and waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, as the lobby was closed, we were told they didn't have our order although we had our receipt to prove we did place an order nearly an hour before getting to the speaker at the drive thru. We were then told to wait in the parking lot. We then waited an additional excessive amount of time for an order that should have been completed.I would not recommend this location under any circumstances.PS- Then they couldn't even get the order correct. Horrible!!!
Paid $32 for a meal deal and only got half of the listed items from the menu, attempts to call go straight to voicemail
Sent food to substitute for what they supposedly didn't have. Never the courtesy to call or text what we would want. Left it to the Uber driver to explain the mess of an order they sent. Over half the order wasn't even filled. Substituted less expensive item for what they didn't have. Left out 6 items totally. Diet Pepsi is bitter - trash. In fact the whole mess might end up in the trash - our appetites are gone. Appears some one or a team of some ones needs to take multiple lessons: reading, English, customer care, customer satisfaction, basic manors, and try business ethics while you are at it!!

First of all I wanted the Manager to talk to his or her Employees in regarding wearing the Face Mask correctly while in close quarters and handling food. It is not sanitary or clean. Everytime I order I only get portion of my order. Today I ordered a 5 piece Chicken Combo Meal. I got 4 pieces of cold Chicken Tenders which may have been laying there for a while a cup of Matchpotato and a Chocolate Chip Cookie? No Biscuit. Not happy at all and not coming back.
The chicken tastes lousy it has no taste and they give you half of your order. I'm done with this kfc on Lincoln Street

I have to say I was surprised with the exception service the night I went there. There was a long wait in the drive thru because of a customer, but other than that it moved right along once that customer left, we ordered and received our order full and correct, and we had a very pleasant cashier. The food was great and the service was good, so great job everyone at KFC.
