I've been ordering for over 10 years multiple times a month. Called yesterday, as usual, without asking for an address, the employee tells me that they don't deliver to my area. I asked what changed, the guy said "we don't deliver to your area". I told him my address which is 1.7 miles exactly. He said, " we don't deliver to your area." I went online, and I was able to place an order.I understand that they are very busy, but telling me that they don't deliver to me without even asking me for an address, clearly shows they aren't in the need for more business. I love their food, but as the employee said, they don't deliver to my area, so I will take my business else where.
We ordered a Chicken bacon ranch pizza, came out hot and crispy. No floppy pie here!

I swear there cheese pizza Xtra cheese will have your mouth watering ?They understood the assignment, THEY TRULY GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK 4,PERIOD,,Never over cooked,never dry,always fresh n juicy,,,I've ordered cheese ?from ROAD RUNNER over 5 times repeatedly asking to please do not over cook my pizza and when it arrives I have to make a phone and tell them it's burned,it has no edible cheese like if I ordered a pizza box,last time was the last time,I stared ordering from Kelly sq,and BAM,,,THERE FAMILY NOW,,,SO THANK YOU for getting it right every time
New to Massachusetts so we are trying different local pizza places. The pizza was very greasy to where it upset my stomach. It seemed to lack flavor in my opinion. I ordered the meat lovers. I would try again though just to be sure it wasn't a bad batch.
2 times in a row I order fries and say no ketchup add honey mustard and each time I get ketchup and no honey mustard. I call to complain and the manager says their is nothing he can do except have someone bring me honey mustard. They clearly don't care if someone is allergic to something and wouldn't compensate. Guess I will take my business some where else. And clearly his workers don't know how to read.
Excellent food, especially the meat lovers pizza. Great fresh huge salads made to order any way you want!
Good pizza, but we ordered the broccoli cheese balls and were surprised to find BACON inside. Which is a great surprise if you like bacon, a horrible surprise if you're a vegetarian.
Ordered a small sub, tenders and wings. Everything was delicious. The pizza was cooked perfect as well. Staff gave the best service. Thanks so much for staying open so late in a blizzard!
Orders at 8:01pm calls 9:10 was told order was on the way call AGAIN 10:20 and is told they have no trace of my order and they’ll have to make it again. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with and I haven’t called this place in 4 years thought I’d give it a shot but it’s the same old bull as from years ago..
