Food is good, bread is amazing. Table tops are sticky.... Every single one. No soap in the men's room makes me grateful for gloves. There are better places to spend your money in Worcester and I will be looking for one of those spots next time I go.

Never again I'm done with this place!I had a reward for buy one combo get 1 0ne half off. By mistake I ordered the items separately I asked the manager to cancel the order and ring it up with the reward. He said that he wouldn't. So much for customer service. I told him that I would not be back he could care less ! I've been going there since they opened. My new go to place is Jersey Mike's it's way better and closer to my house! They also deliver to my house Jimmy John's won't.At Jimmy John's 3 orders and you earn a cookie??? at Jersey Mike's 3 orders and I earned a free Sandwich!???
After receiving a wrong sandwich during a pick up order, they were willing to deliver it to make things right! :) They’re awesome!
Serving sizes are very small. My "Italian" sub had one very small leaf of lettuce on it. Prices were good though.
My son introduced me to this legendary sandwich shop. My son owns McGoldrick Property Services LLC and often stops in for lunch. After giving it a go... I was hooked! The staff is freaky fast and incredibly easy going/personable. They take sandwiches serious and I love that! Dan, John, and crew... thank you... from the bottom of my sandwich loving heart! We will be back, you know it!
I love Jimmy John's I ordered here through DoorDash and it got messed up so I called the store and they ended up giving me my sandwich for free which was really really nice of them. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and professional and delivered my sandwich personally. The fact that he went the extra mile was really nice and he was very professional I'll definitely be back.

Always a pleased, pleasant surprised the quality of food and the service were also good 3000 miles from my Portland home! Bravo. #12 is always SO good!!!
