The lady in front was on her own cellphone when I and other customer were waiting for her to finish her important phone call, she has attitude , disrespectful , she doesn't even look at me as if I'm asking her for help plus she didn't use gloves , she used same paper used for the previous customer to pick my order .Wednesday, December 8 , 2021 , morning shift
Everybody is nice except the owner she is rude , I just came in for my daily coffee where i spend more than 6$/ day thats without including my wife or any of my family , while im ordering she forgot she had her mic on and she starting talking bad about customers than when I confronted her she was like im glad you heardIm definitely taking my business somewhere else and corporate will definitely be contacted
Love Honey Dew! Their Mocha coffee which is my favorite BOMB! ?? And you have to be fat and try there Chocolate Avalanche croissant, only eat like once a month or on cheat day as a treat or you'll be addicted and fat. ??
Go here now in the morning for my coffee and muffins. Highly recommend the blueberry muffins and also the egg and cheese sandwich. Very fresh and so good. The people who own and service you are awesome. 10 times better than Macdonalds down the street.
I just had the worse experience, I havr being going to the Grafton location for months now and love it, I was placing my order today thru the drive thru and the lady couldn't hear us, so we reapet our selves and spoke a bit louder, when we got to the window she was head out and start telling us to not be mean that want to be clear to not talk to her like that, i literally stare at her and told her we just place the order, you keep saying you can't hear me, so I kept repeating, she kept asking tho for the order lol.... was do unprofessional and disrespectful .... when we drive our start yelling stuff in another language. Never going back.
Great food not just donuts. You have to try the frozen drinks.
The employees make this location really great. I only come in about once a week, but they know me and remember my preferences, which is really nice. Everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.
