It will be a long time before I order from you again it took 25 hours for our food to be delivered and numerous phone calls the first person I spoke to was very rude and no help at all sorry I didn’t get her name the next morning I spoke to a very nice man. But had to call back at 6:00 pm and reorder then it took about an hour next time a want fish I will go elsewhere
I ordered food 11 30 and he told me 45 mins to an hour I try to call to tell them I don't want the food but the guy kept hanging up when I call the driver showed up 1 05 and I told I don't want the food any moreCustomer service is horrible. Don't order from there; I ordered steak a cheese sub and quesadilla with chicken and cheese
Love the pizza but have stopped ordering from here because they always take 2 hours or more. They somehow always loose track of orders or drivers.
I ordered 2 pizzas and a couple of subs it took over two hours for the food.. at min 45 I called because it wasn't a lot and the girl hung up the phone I called again a guy picked up and told me that the food would get here when it got here I was in disbelief because all I asked was how much longer it was going be.. an hour and a half later I had my boyfriend called and they said "whatever it's on it's way just wait for it.. then 20 minutes later the guy shows up and gives us the food dead cold I called the restaurant complained that we wanted a refund or discount because and the guy laughed on the phone and said nope you have the food heated up.. never heard from them again..I have an email I sent this was months ago.. it the only pizzeria I can order from because I usually pay in cash and not many pizzerias come to where I live..
Stay away from this establishment!! Ordered on line and paid, no delivery after more than a hour. Called, they claim the order didn’t print. Asked for a refund, they said 2-3 days , now 10 days later still no refund and no return call from manager/ owner after several messages. Stay away, no integrity, no honesty, customer not appreciated.

Was told will get a refund it’s been a whole week and now the owners are telling me to bring them to court if I ever want my money back !! I was given broccoli bites instead of jalapeno bites.. not once, but 2 different orders. the margherita pizza was good, but not a typical "margherita" pizza that I'M familiar with. There was dried basil on top.. not my favorite.I will order again.. I've had the steak and cheese wrap, which is very good. Delivery takes an hour.. but it's known, and they do explain wait time on the website. They don't claim to be faster than they are..Idk if I WILL return now..
Order two pizzas and an order of broccoli cheese poppers at 5:50. Called around 7 o’clock to see where the pizza was. Given rude customer service to be told that the food was never even made and that they can make it now if we want them to and have it delivered or we could have the order refunded in 2-3 business days… we say that we want a refund then and the lady then immediately hung up on us. This place is ridiculous do not spend your money here the delivery is a rip off.
Put an order in online. Called after 2 hours because it still hadn't been delivered. Shouldn't have even waited that long but figured they could be really busy. They said they never got the order, yet somehow they knew exactly what I ordered. They said they will make and and deliver it and it will be about 30 more minutes. It's now been another hour an a half, still no food..... Never ordering from here again.
I usually don’t expect much of this place the food is alright I guess. Not the best. Don’t get me started on the delivery time usually an hour and a half for delivery. Now going on two hours and when I call they tell me my order is on the way. Half an hour later they’re saying it was a pick up order when I clearly paid for delivery. Let’s skip 20 mins after being told 15 minutes!!!! They’re only a 5 minute drive! Save your money people spend it else where.
