Excellent pizza! Great people !
I've been eating from here for years. Last 2-3 times I've ordered from here the food was barely editable. Today was the last straw, two of our subs were full of onion and and gross white hard lettuce. One slice on ham on each half gobs of mustard. How anyone could make that and think it's acceptable to serve is sad. You guys have lost a long time loyal customer.
If it was up to me I wouldn’t even give one star.very unprofessional and poor costumer service had to talk to about 3 different people so they could get my address and at first the woman tried shutting me down said I was to far which didn’t make any sense because I’m literally in the same area so I called at 9:30 and placed my order it’s now 11 I called to get an update on my delivery They asked for my address again at that point this was the 6th time I gave my address and they still didn’t get it correct the woman said she’s gonna call the driver see where he is and call me back never called Back seen that coming tho so the driver finally got here at 11:30 with this weird looking pizza I also ordered a 8 piece theres only 6 wings and the food is literally freezing cold obviously never ordering from golden on grafton st again
Terrible service over 30 min later than the online timeline.When I first called to see where the food was she it was Saturday it's busy.(it was Tuesday at 530pm)pizza was cold and chicken finger dinner ordered was for 6 PC came with 4 when I called to speak with someone the Manager argued with me and said call the owner his name is sam. also chicken and fries were ice cold.
I absolutely love this place!!! The food is delicious and the new owner is very friendly and professional. Plus he is very handsome !!! Definitely giving 5 stars !!!!!
We ordered a party pizza buy there new menu and they charge double the price listed! It was listed as $24 and when we picked up they charged $40 due to increase but honestly they are taken advantage of price gouging! This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered and been overcharge their. Be careful when paying because you are being taken advantage of!
Called in two calzones. Wrong order was delivered. When I called and asked that the proper order be delivered I got a burnt calzone that wasn’t edible. Terrible service!
horrible customer service , horrible food , just all around God awful ! cannot wait until they go out of buisness and get replaced by a real pizza shop !!!!
Ok so I'm right down the street from golden pizza and I call them and the first negative thing is that it took 3 people to even talk to to order cuz no one spoke good English...2nd thing is that the pizza shouldn't take about and hr...and third the guy was smoking a cigarette and unprofessional...I said it should take long he said it's hot for you I went inside and I bite it and it wasn't even warm..I dislike the driver for taking his time and giving me a warm/cold pizza and the people at the place couldn't speak English good so with are you doing there if you can't understand I'm sorry but really if you wanna work in pizza you have to understand the customer.
Worst food ever!!! Pizza tastes like Ellios from school. I noticed none of the employees washed their hands after coming from outside. Chunk lite tuna(cat food), always out of something you want. Doesn't matter Because parrot pizza is so very much better and the employees are super friendly.
