I called to see how many ribs were in the rib dinner a rack or half rack they had no clue came with two sides called back happy and ready to order the rib meal I asked the side options again to be put on hold and then told me someone already told u l, u can look at a menu online. Couldn't have been anymore rude I have ordered from this place many times unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I will no longer be a customer. Smh sad
Pretty solid pizza place in this location! The online menu is still a little rough, and you can't place an order for a build-your-own, you are limited to the specialty pizzas unless you call. That said, delivery is consistently timely, and the pizza is quality:Crust is a thin style, approximating what you'd get in Manhattan or (if you love the place like I do) a Papa Gino's. It's a bit thicker, actually, which makes it good for supporting a lot of toppings. Holding one large slice in your hand is easy without it flopping over.Sauce is on-point, both in blend and seasoning, and in quantity. It's good when you get to the last bites of the crust and there's a bit of extra sauce to help the crust go down.Cheese blend? SOLID. Can't tell everything that's in there, but the oil content isn't too high, even with a 'roni pie.All in all? Bravo Go Grande. My only suggestion on your menu would be to offer your wings tossed in buffalo (not hot sauce, but buffalo) - and that would in my opinion make your menu unparalleled.

I never leave negative reviews, but my experience with this place has me absolutely livid. We ordered from here through Grubhub, and the restaurant uses their *own* driver, so we cant track the order. We finally get through to the restaurant after over an hour of trying to call (AFTER waiting for an hour for the food, no calls, no food). The man who answered the phone tells my partner that it's been delivered, that the driver called us and he took a picture of the delivery, THEN tells us he cant reach his driver because hes off for the night, now. There is no food here, and it wasnt delivered to a nearby house by mistake, I checked. The kicker? We never received any call, not from anyone tonight. So this restaurant chose to lie to us rather than make good. If I could give this place a negative star or five, I would. Absolutely appalled.
Ordered a large pizza. It was cold cheese was chewy and all one piece like a rubber matt. Cheese should be gooey, stringy, soft not biting into a cold cut sandwich type cheese. Ordered chicken fingers. Got chicken wings, fries soggy and cold undercooked somehow. I call back to say I got wings instead of fingers, I hate wings and never ordered them from a pizza shop because they are always low tier gross wings, broken bones and gross, so I always order tenders, pizza and tenders are my go to anywhere, was told my wife and myself where lying and we didn’t order that? we’ve never ordered wings in my 28 years of life.Also driver couldn’t subtract 28 from a 50. And had to get his phone to calculate fine, but he had.a guest in his vehicle and was talking nasty about another customer and made my wife feel uncomfortable regarding WhAt they said about the previous lady. How professional. ALSO THEY HANDED MY WIFE THE WRONG ORDER, not even a pizza and then rudely told her they didn’t have another order then magically they had our order? Who had a passenger while delivering and holding our food, disgusting.Bad customer service, called liars, bad driver talking bad about customers infront of other customers making my wife feel uncomfortable and having passengers holding the food, yes we will not be going back there and I suggest you go ANYWHERE BUT THERE.
Im not sure of there is a cat roaming the kitchen, but the french fries tasted like they were cooked inside cat litter. Not to mention the pizza was burnt. Unacceptable! If I get sick, Im calling the board of health. Food quality and prep should be your number one priority & clearly it’s not.
If I could put ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering here since they opened! Tonight will be my last. Place a simple order (tenders and a sandwich) 2 hours ago. I know it can get busy so I waited patiently. After a hour and a half I called the restaurant wondering where my order was and was told it’s on the way. I then spoke with them again and they placed the driver on the phone (he was at the restaurant) he told me he tried to deliver my food and spoke with someone that told him to go to a different address. When he read back my phone number he called the wrong number (typed it in incorrectly) okay. Things happen right? He told me he was gunna come deliver my food and I still agreed to wait. (It’s late now and nothing is open and I worked all day and haven’t eaten yet.) I then speak with the manager and she told me she’s not having the driver deliver the food and is going to refund me the order…. I was shocked that she rather lose a customer than just send the driver with the food that’s supposedly already made to me? I told her I have been waiting now 2 hours and a just canceling my order is suppose to be chill.. if she was the one in my shoes I don’t think she would have been so careless. But she was. She said oh well and that we shouldn’t be ordering to them anyway that we might be too far away. Imagine?? MIND YOU IVE ORDERED FROM HERE DOZENS OF TIMES. LOL. Just can’t believe a business could be so careless and unprofessional with their regulars. I will not be ordering here again and I will be sure to tell others not to. BEWARE of rude careless unprofessional manager. Plenty of great places to eat in Worcester don’t take the chance.
I have ordered from this place a lot of times but lately it has been getting worse n worse. At first the got everything right how I asked but now i get what i want but it does not come to me the way i have asked it to b done! I support a lot of business in my community, but idk what happened to this one… I'm sorry but I’m going to be no longer being a customer and can’t support it because it wasn’t once or twice but multiple times. I pray the business has a turn around and also wish for the best ?
The only issue that I have is sometimes they don't make the pizza properly, but when they DO, it's amazing. The smoothies are always good and worth getting as well.
I tried to introduce my friends to this new place and they just completely blew them off saying that they were trying to scam the order through a delivery app. They had called prior to making the order to make sure they would reliever and then they called to check on the status and then were yelled at by some mean man on the phone who wouldn’t even let them speak.TLDR: terrible customer service. Hopefully no one has to go through that.
