I order from here often. It looks like shakes are no longer available at this location. I can get a messy burger and fry anywhere. I came for the shake with my meal. Food is good, no more shakes though.

Not only is the food always great and super fresh but the Manager Chevy and his employees are phenomenal. They have great customer service, super accommodating, and clean. The restaurant is busy but no matter the services is always up to par. Definitely recommend and out of all the Five Guys around Lincoln Plaza has the best.

Trash Inspend $60 on 2 meal and fry was tosted a bunch jung teen plaing whit ppl food alot of game and desorder ppl dont go there ?????

Juicy hamburger, good price, creamy vanilla shake. Yummmmmy

I understand that staffing is slim to none but no fries!!?? Seriously!!!

So disappointed 45 minutes to get 2 burgers and a fryManager offered 2 shakes I accepted I'm glad he recognized this was an issue and that it was unacceptable ( they actually lost my order). Got home to find soggy fries and substandered burgers in the bad, although the manager tried to make good on the long wait time the product we received was disappointing as well I will not return .

The food was good, but they made me pay for a cup of water and I pick up a large cup and they’re like 3 dollars please and they said I had to pay it because I touched it (mind you this is for a water cup) plus they don’t have any peanuts! I’d rather go to Starbucks and get a free cup of water. Where’s my refund? I’ll be talking to corporate.

Got to be honest...we love 5Guys and are frequent patrons when fast food is necessary. The ordering process was meticulous, even offering us to read back the full order given each burger was very different from the next. That is where the 'good' ended...the pickup process was inordinately and unnecessarily long, it appeared the bulk of the work was on only a few, and a delivery driver was complaining about the accuracy of their orders. Should have been our warning...shame on us apparently, as upon arriving home...not 1 of the 4 burgers was remotely assembled as ordered. Mistakes are forgivable...but this seemed totally avoidable with some simple QA and mgt oversight...

The girl at the counter was just talking with a friend and we realized he wasn’t actually ordering, so we had to wait several minutes in line for them to finish their conversation before we could finally place our order. Then we saw she was giving him food for free. And worst of all they didn’t even get our order right. I’ve worked retail before so I don’t usually give negative reviews but this service was just terrible. Never coming back here
