When I got there I was 2nd car in line and yet it took 20 minutes to get to window and even after that long my order was not ready...I had to pull up and wait. This location ALWAYS has bad service.Vegetarian options: They are ok
Lack luster food. Terrible donuts. There very small.And as everybody knowthere coffe had no bodyand very little taste. Nota recommended place.
Dunking is a great place with delicious food we can rely on but the line is sooo long and sometimes it takes a bit to get our food
The store really needs improvement. Used drive thru window. My drink from that DD for the first time of being a regular customer at various DD stores tasted like dirty water. Had to trash that drink. On top of that, my passenger who leaves nearby told me he stopped buying drinks there due to poor customer services! That location lost me too.
Understaffed is an understatement. Half hour waiting in line to order then another 10 mins to get the food.
Worst service I've ever had @ a Dunkin Donuts Location. Took about 5 mins for someone to answer @ the Drive Thru and then was told that my mobile order didn't go through and there was nothing they could do even though I was already charged. The first and second shift crew there are horrible and should all be replaced. The only good people were the overnight crew but they no longer work there over a robbery that they tried to stop. Worst management team that I have ever dealt with. They should close down this location and start fresh with an entire new team. Glad to know a Starbucks is going in nearby and I will be taking my business there instead. They should have treated their old this shift crew better. Josh and Geo were great at there jobs and very friendly and customer oriented, I never had an issue with either of them. Sad to hear they are gone, they were the best to deal with for my late night coffee cravings.
slow service and rude staff. got yelled at for razing my voice for them to hear me when they kept repeating the wrong thing. after that nothing but attitude instead of any thing helpful. half the time your oders wrong and you have to go back in today was over the top thow with rude service.
Horrible customer service.... the employees should be trained on people skills, speaking respectfully and overall customer service!!!
I was there yesterday at noon time I know they were changing shifts but the customer service was horrible. I ordered an iced coffee and an egg and cheese wake up wrap. My iced coffee was made right away however I had to ask three times about my egg and cheese wake up wrap. There was a Spanish girl who was working behind the counter who was swearing throwing “F bombs” and none of the other workers said anything to her. I was very disappointed as I myself used to work at this exact location and the manager I had would’ve never tolerated this type of behavior and bad customer service.
I am born and raised on grafton street. I go to this dunkins every morning between 415 and 430. The store is 24 hours these kids at oeast 2 days a week say they are closed. Other times there will be myself and as little as 1 other car and the wait is over 15 minutes. Not sure how these kids get away with it but it's been like this for over a year. I have no idea who to speak to but the dunkins on the other end of grafton street is much better. Love to speak to someone these kids need to have more respect for what they do.
