They are nice and so far have made my coffee correct. For some reason a Large iced mocha 5cream 4sugars and cold foam. Is to hard for some dunkins,lol. Thank you for always getting it right.
Ordered a coffee on door dash and they canceled my order… I would’ve understood if they were closing but how do you work at a 24 hour dunking and you cancel an order pure LAZINESS

The employee was on her cellphone the entire time and got the order wrong. We had to ask her if she got the order and when she repeated it was wrong.She did not give us the total and when we pulled up she was still on her cellphone very loud and she stood there didn't say how much it was or ask us to pay. No communication at all and very poor customer service

No filling in the Boston cream donut. Window lady is very rude. Coffee was grouse waited 15 mins in line worst dunking ever.
