I frequent this location and more than once over the course of the past week I found the store closed during normal business hours with no indication they were closed. Doors were locked with employees inside and a line at the drive thru that eventually gave up and drove off.
I think they are suppose to open at 5am but I’ve been by here a couple of times and they’re not open, unless they open at 6am(?). But, it really is frustrating when you look forward to that morning Dunks and they’re not even open.
The drive-thru took forever and there was only 1 car in front of me and my order was wrong.
Took over 20 min to get an over cooked bagel and a tiny dab of cream cheese in the dead center. I'll have to post the picture... 4 cars were in front of me. No exaggerations here
Go to 490 Lincoln st right up the street way better service and they know what they’re doing. This place is a mess and when they get your order wrong the try to say it was not wrong.
Garbage employees and product. Never heard at the drive-thru and have to wait while employees fail to get orders right. Need management intervention
Employees don't make coffee right, don't understand the differences between large and medium and never make coffee right EVER
D.D...very fast and easy to order from the counter...clerk was very friendly towards my self and who I was with..clean and respectful and not just in and out..good Donuts forDD...shops
