I do not know if my other review went through.When my children were living at home. We always ordered from Domino's.Being at my son's house. We ordered from Spencer DOMINO'S.I was in awe just as good as years ago. I ordered from this Dominos not so good.TOO MUCH CRUST SKIMPY ONION AND PEPPERSI ordered Pizza not almost Two inches of crust, all aroundI will not order from this location again.Very discouraging.

I placed an order at 8:49pm and paid online with tips and left a note to go to the back door and ring the doorbell with the expectation to have the pizza within the estimated time. An hour and a half later, I call the store on two different phone numbers and they were both declined numerous time. It was not until the third phone number when they finally put on the phone with the manager. They hung up on me while I was speaking to them. I called back and the manager never apologized. And I quote "That I don't guarantee that you will get your money back, I have to talk to my driver first." It's been over three hours since the driver left the store at 9:36pm. They also said "I cannot reach my driver until he comes back." Online the order said it was complete, however the pizza was never in my possession and I did not receive a call from the driver themselves.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. They don't have a driver half the time and don't tell you when ordering online that they don't. I ordered something hours in advance for delivery for a work event, 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and still nothing. I called the store and they "don't have any drivers right now" and had no clue when they'd have one. If you don't have a driver then don't accept delivery orders.

Honestly, this place usually never messes up anything but, last night I had an incredibly awful experience. We placed an order around 12:30 am, did not end up receiving it until about 2 hours later. Order never updated on app at all. When we received our order, everything was cold. Not only that, our pizza was completely wrong. We called back and they told us it would be another 1 hour to get the pizza that they messed up. This is ridiculous, a wrong order should be the first one sent out with the right item. We waited over an hour for the right pizza, kept calling to get updates and the worker stated “10 more minutes” about 20 times. We received the right order after an hour and a half. The store has refused to give us a refund after waiting a total of 5 hours for our food. This is ridiculous and I’m very disappointed.

Ordered 2 pizzas, it's Monday night. 1.5 hours & or order still hasn't left the store. We call & they say it's nearby but doesn't arrive.But this isn't the first timeMany times our order arrived wrong after clearly placing it online.Chicken wings are barely cooked and pale.Terrible delivery service used to be good

Today I ordered a cheese bread and 6 piece bbq wings and I call Nicole the so called manager.And I told her that I want my chicken well done .My order came and the chicken is undercooked and my cheese bread looks deformed.I called the store and Nicole picked up the phone she say that she is the manager I told her that my chicken is not well done and the cheese bread was not prepared properly and she told me if the cheese bread have cheese and if it was baked then it was made good.What type of customer service is this with rude managers .And I know that all calls get recorded and I hope that the district manager hears this phone call and fired Nicole at the spot.

2 and half hours delivery that sat waiting for a delivery driver to pick it up for 45 minutesEdit…They eventually delivered the pizza after I picked it up at 1:00 am by the way I ordered this pizza at 730 and had been able to pick it up at 930

Updated review for 2022: I've been ordering from this dominos for years, and aside from the occasional miss, it's mostly been really solid. Unfortunately of late it seems like they have some staffing issues that make pizzas take too long to arrive, and cold when they do. It's happened to me on multiple occasions now. They used to make it easy to make it right and get a free pizza or points in the app, but that's seems to have stopped and you have to email or call to resolve the issue. I get it - staffing is hard right now, but the quality of the product is really suffering and I've had too many cold bad pizzas to want to keep ordering from here.

The staff were rude with an exception of a very tall gentleman. I sat at the window for at least 7 minutes nobody acknowledged me there at all. Even though several employees at least 4 walked directly at me. I asked one girl if anybody was there that could help me and she looked at me and walked away. Completely Ignored me. I literally had to scream into the window and hit my horn several times to get someone to pay attention. This this park Avenue location is going downhill really quickly. My last order was completely wrong and nobody was even working. It's a shame to say that I would rather go down the street to Little Caesars going forward. Then have to deal with the attitude attitude from some girl in sweatpants who clearly shouldn't be working with the public. Or the other employees who clearly could care less about customer service!!!!

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. I have never had such bad service and bad customer service than I have with this place. I have been in contact with corporate in hopes they do something about this before I sue them. I called multiple times to follow up on my order that ended up taking 3 hours, speaking to someone who sounded high as a kite. To then receive my order from a driver, who was also, reeking of weed, pulling my pizza out of his freaking trunk. I have never been more disappointed and will be taking this further if I do not receive a response from Corporate.
