They have many locations I only tried this one. Tried the Chicken it wasn't that good. Popeyes is way way better. First and last time.

Went inside on a very busy time at night. They were having a lot of Pickup, To go and Dine in orders. Food was good. Excellent customer service despite those guys being busy and tired.

This used to be a good place, the food used to be fresh and tasty but not anymore, now they serve old dried up chicken. I ordered their “crispy chicken burger”, the buns were rock solid and burned ?, and their chicken was disgusting. Very disappointed ?

Bad service they pick up the phone and don’t make the foodAnd they said they never pick up the phone lazy people working in there if I feel bad for the owner have bad worker here you can make better business if having better worker than all this people my third time here order by the phone and they never make have to go there and wait for 25 minutes I am not going back on this place on Lincoln any more other franchises way better than here
Chicken not savory like before. French fríes tasted like they were fried in old oil, leaving a nasty aftertaste same with chicken ?

Have been eyeing this place the last few times I've been in Worcester. Finally stopped in and I am glad I did. Tried the beef gyro it was delicious. I'm excited to come back and try something else.
