The staff are very rude. They have an attitude of "We can do without you". Maybe they make a lot of money and so are not bothered about good public relations. A staff today told me they can do without my patronage just because I asked for a plastic bag to put my leftover food. He was angry because I declined the paper bag and requested for a plastic bag which is more convenient. Today was the last day I'll ever go there. Let's see how the business grows without patronage.
So I called in an order and I realized that their prices had went up so I went to go and cancel my order. The person on the phone proceeded to tell me that the person had already made it; I apologized and told him I'd still like to cancel. His next words after I told him that I'd still like to cancel were, "This is very bad my friend.." I come in there a lot and I always have great customer service. Today was the first day I've ever been spoken to like that.
Haven't had anything off the food menu yet, but stopped by to get a couple of cake slices and they were pretty good. Big selection of different flavors
Horrible spot. The customer service is full of attitude, and they allowed people who not eating in the restaurant to go in and out.
Got different what I ordered, they use cheap quality of bread, fries not cooked well.

Chicken served was old based on the length of time left under heating lamps,4 hours is the maximum time allowed by law then must be replaced with freshly fried chicken, chicken was dried up and unseasoned, wouldn't feed it to a ??
The chickens always dry and they don't have a good selection of food especially for kids
Service was quick. Chicken was nice and crispy. Lots of free seating. Good customer service.
Always like this place,great fried chicken, Jamaican beef patties,mashed potatoes, fried apple pies,great food these are my regular items I order
