Absolutely horrible. Can you put some effort into wrapping a burrito so it doesn’t fall apart? Maybe a little extra foil as well so the bottom doesn’t fall out the bottom?The attitudes are horrible here. I always come back hoping they staff improves but I’m always disappointed.Edited: I got home and tried it eat it. The rice isn’t cooked. Thanks guys. Right in the trash.
Worst Chipotle I consistently go too (forced to because it’s the closest one and I love Chipotle!). They seem to have a major issue with keeping chips in stock. The majority of the time I order, they are out of chips. The best part is when I get a voucher for the chips I was charged for but didn’t get, use it, and they’re out of chips again! They also consistently mess up the contents of my burrito.
My chicken was so incredibly burnt, I asked if I could get my bowel remade and they said no and just gave me a tiny little cup of “better chicken”. I’m a burn survivor and this chicken was more burnt than me.
Location is poorly managed. No ice. No plastic ware. No sauce cups. Bathroom is locked. All of this within an hour and a half of opening. Woman at the cash register today is rude and had a lot of attitude when questioned about the lack of ice and plastic ware. Didn’t dare ask about unlocking the bathroom. Food was on par with other locations but not worth the bad service.
Food is chipotle but they always, ALWAYS, screw up any delivery orders. Forgetting items or adding/forgetting toppings.Unless you order at the store, your order will probably be wrong.
it would be nice if they actually gave you the chips you paid for ANYTIME you go there.
As a non frequent customer ( second time coming in) I placed my order with the young lady. When I ordered the wrong set of meat on my bowl the girl got upset she had to start over.With and attitude she even gave me less of the serving portion on purpose. I looked down the line and everyone had a bigger amount than me of meat and rice. Never have I experienced this.Girl has a butterfly tattoo on her wrist and should be talked to about customer service. Very unprofessional
This location is terribly run. I stopped by to pick up an order of guacamole, queso and chips. What a disappointing experience and huge waste of time and money! I ordered off of the app and had to wait an extra 15 minutes after my pick up time to grab my food. There was no one behind the counter directing customers on what was going on (at least a dozen of us were there to pick up orders with a bunch of other customers in the seating area). The workers were also pretty rude turning customers away and laughing about it after the fact. After having to deal with waiting, I get home and there were no chips. Also the portion size sucks! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location like the plague!
Didn’t put guacamole or the red salsa. Food was cold as ice when it arrived. The salad was literally half the bowl. Never reimbursed me for the guac they charged me for and never gave me. This restaurant has constantly been awful and forgetful.
I usually enjoy Chipotle, however this location is consistently a bad experience, particularly if you are not ordering using the app. In one instance, I went here and was not even able to order food, as they were only taking online orders. Today I found out that, in order to get chips with my meal, I would have to order them using the app, even though there was clearly plenty of bags on the shelf "reserved" for online orders. Additionally, you are not able to pay cash unless using exact change, which I have yet to encounter at any other restaurant. Will not be returning to this location.
