The car I was driving broke down in the drive thru lane today. The employees could not have been more friendly! They helped push the car out of the way of the drive thru lane AND treated us while we waited for the tow truck and our ride out of there. Even though the car was a nuisance in the drive thru, they never made us feel like we were a bother to them at all. They all still had friendly faces and were more than happy to help! Thank you to the daytime staff for all of your help and positivity today!
Had the grilled chicken club with a frozen lemonade. The bacon was the worst I’ve ever had, after I finished half the sandwich there was only lettuce, bun, and the cold unmelted cheese left. The frozen lemonade was just ok. Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because my friends enjoyed it but they got the regular chicken sandwich and the other got a 30 count chicken nuggets. I guess just don’t try their grilled chicken?

Had chicken sandwich and fries. Ordered inside. Came quick enough. Just under &10. Chick was big enough but way too salty. The only other flavor besides salt were the pickles. And they were also salty and way way over seasoned to the point that that’s all I tasted. Fries were worst in memory. Soggy, tasteless and somehow all the salt for the order was on one fry. And the bun was tasteless . Overall very disappointing all around. Went cause I was curious knowing how popular they are. Will not return.
I order a spice southwest salad and I ask for a avocado dressing and wen i check the bag there was no dressing couldn't go back cause theres was a big line, so i end up eating the salad at home cause i wasent gonna eat my salad with out no dressing. I know Chick- fill-A is always busy cause the food are mad good but they need to doble check the orders before they give it to the customers cause no matter what we are buying we are paying for that and we will like all of what we ask for. Thats the second time it happens thats why im complaining these time ?♀️.
The chicken wasn’t bad for my first experience, the restaurant was nice and clean and had a mouthwash station, over all I give it a 4/5
Ok I could not find the Chick-fil-a food truck that’s in sears parking lot in Leominster MA. I will not be returning to any of these establishments. $20!!! $20!? For 2 small chicken pieces with nothing but 2 buns? And 2 small fries!!! . Plain chicken sandwich, no lettuce, mayo, ketchup, nothing and nothing to drink. That was my first and last time. I don’t understand why a $10 meal is now $20. These fast food restaurants are out of control.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I go here occasionally, on Saturdays, before i go to work. All I want is a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and a drink. Today, I received a chicken biscuit with no egg and no cheese. I have called corporate before because they have messed up my order. Apparently, things at this location haven’t gotten any better. Be sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru.
I don't know why so many people go crazy about this place. It's average. That's it.The chicken sandwich was just plain boring. (Two pickle chips?) The waffle fries were soggy.Sure, it's a bit nicer that other fast food places. However, my food was not fast at all. Way too crowded and chaotic in the waiting area.Lastly, I know the employees are required to say "My pleasure" when talking to patrons. Here in Massachusetts, that just sounds Soo fake and condescending. **Eye roll.I guess that sums up the whole place-- Overly wholesome and cheery on the surface -- just plain boring and dull inside.
Whoever the GM is running that place has anger issues. I feel bad for the employees who deal with that every day.GM wouldn’t give me the food I ordered bc their computer system had an error. The guy kept blaming me thinking I was trying to scam him. Infuriating experience, 30 minutes wasted, no food, and I’m out $13.
