Uses upside and checked in. Did not connect to app and advised to upload receipt. There was no receipt on the bag or in the bag and we already drive away during work lunch. Workers should always give customer the receipt

Burgers are never hot enough. It's like they keep the lettuce so cold it saps out all heat from the burger
Went there today at lunch time and the Burgers were not fresh. At least the fries were. The soda fountain needs calibration. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
The customer service is usually aweful. I don’t come here often but when I do I always seem to be disappointed with the quality of food compared to other ff chains. Never going back here again ?
Yesterday night I give order for 6 burgers and 2 French fries and they give me 5! Last week the same 4 and they give me 3 ..... Always mistake...
My friends and had a meeting , so we met inside , social distancing even though place was nearly empty at the time, some of us had drinks, french fries , burgers . Everything was good , service was great and honestly it was great to meet there , we discussed future events with plenty of privacy. Yay
40 minute wait drive through and unfriendly and unhelpful staffs. I don't think anybody at any restaurant has ever been so mean. Like, how hard can it be, I even ordered online on the app. Dang.
drive thru is fairly quick but the dining area is usually messy with fries and napkins and strawpholactics on the floor. ok for a quick bite but if u take anyone there for a date dont expect another
What a disrespectful lady, who was serving through the drive-through, Today at 2:00 pm noy only she had a super bad attitude because she was using her cell phone (I think I came to bothering her) but she didn't offer me my sodas or my French fries or other item since the beginning! (Like the other guys use to) she yelled at me because according to her, I should have asked for fries or other stuff from the beginning!! No body was after me, so she could helped me and complete her job!!!And this is the cherry on the top: when I asked her for some chicken nuggets as an additional, she didn't want to sell them to me!! I make this complaint so you are aware of making your complete order, and ask for any additional item (which you will pay for) or what?? I am a customer, I'm paying for it!!! a costumer ALWAYS deserve respect!
