Just tried to order a huge order like we have for at least 20 plus years and told the phone number we have was banned! Used to absolutely love this place but no more!!! Unbelievable and unfortunately to the owner!!!
They are remodeling but their food is still amazing I love their Buffalo chicken pizza and their onion rings. What I always get when I go there. I live 40 minutes away but every time I'm in the area I get their food.
If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible and it’s all the owner / manager. You lost a big business contract with us. All over some “20 cent bag of chips” Learn how to deal with customers. It’s your job. Or simply make their food right.

This company is great. Food and service is excellent. I work private security and I had to pull a 24 hour shift at my location and nothing around was open except for this place. They took my call and order and deliver it within 35 minutes from the time I placed the order the driver was nice and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Thank you guys so much for your service especially in the bad weather the delivery guy was great and on time. Thank you
got my wings delivered LIKE THIS the sauce leaked all over my other food in the bag so i called and said, they look gross and they leaked all over my other food and asked why they didn’t tape it shut. also the chicken tenders were underdone and PINK i didn’t realize until after my 3 year old son had a few bites. the people on the phone were literally so RUDE i have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life all he would say is “so what it’s a little messy” “so what do you want me to do about it?” in an extremely rude tone all i really wanted was maybe a replacement or a refund i will never come here again i can forgive them for sending wings like this but i WONT forgive someone who is incredibly mean on the phone. BTW we ended up trying them and they’re really gross
Blue Jeans is a very-or-miss location in my experience. I've had fantastic pizzzas from them and I've had extremely disappointing sandwiches from them. Their specialty pizzas are usually a sure bet, with plenty of toppings. While some of their dishes aren't the best, they still are one of the best, most cost-friendly pizza places in the local area. Unfortunately they've been "under construction " or remodeling for well over a year now so the atmosphere is not very inviting and I believe they are pickup only now.
HORRIBLE BUSINESSOk so I order a pick up and I walk in to the counter there are about 4 cooks and one person with long hair behind the counter everyone looks at me I nod my head as to say hi can I talk to someone and nothing I ring the bell on the counter and everyone looks at me and nothing I start saying hey. Yooo. Yurrrr. Excuse me. And nothing like an i speaking English here nobody even talks to me mind you I order pick up so I walk out and leave horrible business
Great food. Great service. Our waitress was very pleasant, friendly & attentive, also happy to help me decide what to order. Definitely recommend! Pizza, grinders, wings & more.
This place deserves 0 stars. I was there yesterday evening waiting to order my kids' favorite Hawaiian pizza. I have never, ever seen staff treated so poorly by the owner using profanity and expletives towards them. I felt sick to my stomach and left with a bitter taste. This was probably my last visit to this place.
