When I asked what time it was they did not say bagel time. Please train your staff to say bagel time. It made me sad and embarrassed when there was a long awkward silence. Everyone was looking at me so confused I wanted to cry. I feel like I can never go back. All I wanted was a bagel but I don’t want to go anywhere else. I love bagel time but I’m just so embarrassed.

The best bagel place in MA honestly. I love getting the asiago bagel with honey apricot cream cheese. So so delicious

The bagels are very good and the orange juice tastes fresh. Reason for one star less is because this place usually has a very large crowd because of the time it takes to make the food so there is a higher wait time for your food .

This place will not disappoint! I stopped by recently to get some bagel sandwiches for my family and despite the long wait, it was well worth it. It’s a tough job satisfying children who are picky eaters but Bagel Time passed the test with flying colors!

Bagel Time is more than a place to bite into a delicious fresh bagel.A variety of seasoned cream cheese, fresh OJ, coffee, pastries, and more add to their extensive bagel and sandwich offerings. The line out the door on weekends tells the story. It's a place worth waiting to be served.

Bagel was OK, as was cream cheese (scallion). Coffee was average. A review from a year ago hit it on the head: get the NYC/ Westchester folks to help you out...you will change your recipe! I'm a lifer from Massachusetts, worked/lived in Westchester for 3 years from 2017 to 2020. There are fantastic bagel delis all over Westchester and the 5 Bouroughs. Go meet with someone at a Jewish Deli.

I’ve followed Bagel Time on instagram for about 4 years now. When I’m in MA it’s about a 40 min drive to get there. But I’d do it over and over again. Delicious bagel sandwiches. The best I’ve ever had. The service is great and you can tell it’s a family owned business. 10/10 would recommend will be going back again.

The food here is AMAZING. Without a doubt the best in this area. I’d recommend the asiago and cheddar jalapeño bagels and the bec and super nova sandwich’s. However, i’m giving this place only 3 stars for unfriendly staff, weird hours, and short stock. This is a family run business and it’s always the same few people working. They always are rather unfriendly and short with me. Bagel Time isn’t open on Mondays and is only open til 1 the rest of the week, but unless you roll out of bed at the butt crack of dawn everything sells out early. It’s such a disappointment, because everything Ive ordered from this place has been so delicious but the service aspect needs serious improvement.

If you like bagels you'll like this place. I see some complaining about the customer service lady in other reviews here...which is silly to me. If you get your food and it tastes good and there's no problems then why complain? Does getting a fake beaming smile and loud "HELLO WELCOME TO BAGEL TIME. HOW ARE YA TODAY?" make the bagel taste any different? No.The lady upfront is polite enough and simply to the point. She makes sure your order is in and accurate and you get your food a few minutes later. Fantastic. She's probably just an introvert, and that fact isn't going to make or break your sandwich. Get in, get your food, get out and enjoy. It's $3 for a delicious bagel and cream cheese. Remember you don't know what the human behind the desk might be going through.

Everything here is delicious! I have been going there for years. Customer service is top notch!!
