I wanted to try something different and I wish I had not. I ordered the fried chicken, a Nashville hot for my daughter, baked beans, Mac and cheese and fries. The chicken was ok, but could have come out of the grease a little sooner. The bbq baked beans was TOO salty and the mac & cheese was not good. It has ritz crackers in it. I’ve never seen such a thing. It was nasty. My daughter took one bite and didn’t want anymore. I tried to eat it, but couldn’t get past crunching crackers in Mac and cheese. The beans and Mac and cheese got thrown away. It was definitely a waste of money for me. This place may be someone’s jam, but it’s not for me. I personally would not recommend to anyone I know.
I have had some really great meals from BT's and a couple meh times there.The BBQ is pretty good for the area, better than smoke stack, but not necessarily out of this world either. There have been a few times where our brisket has been far too fatty, but others where it is amazing like when we went two weeks ago. The service has always been spot on and I look forward to continuing to come here to satisfy my BBQ urges if I don't feel like grilling/smoking something myself.
Wow omg best hot fried chicken around for sure. Super tasty and tender. Pecan pie squares are out of this world. Definitely check it out. Staff is nice too. I just order on line and pick up, it's super easy and fast.

I love this place. You can't go wrong with the chicken. I also usually get the mac and cheese and I think they top it with like Ritz Crackers or something of the sort? Makes it have a little crunch but also buttery goodness. I miss living near here and being able to get it. Any time I'm back around, I swing by and get dinner to take back home with me.
If you haven't tried the Nashville chicken you are missing out. The perfect amount of heat and moisture for fried chicken. Their original can not be beat either. Way more value than any drive through or restaurant. Have always been a fan of their bbq, starting with their original location in Sturbridge.
ummmm. phantom gourmet did this restaurant justice. the 2 meats I got was pulled pork and brisket, but they had 2 other meats chicken and pork ribs meat. this place is clean, welcoming, and the people there desire to accommodate your food wishes for what is there. the meat I got was succulent and juicy, tender and seasoned to perfection. the prices are on the higher end but worth a lot more. I tasted the love they put in to the food. for the sides I got their mac and cheese, collard greens, and potato salad.. and it comes with homemade cornbread. so the meal I got was 2 meats and it comes with 2 sides and cornbread, but I added on a side only bc phantom gourmet said how delicious all the sides are. so, the next time I go, I will only do 1 meat option bc it's a big portion. and the sides is a heaping cup. like I am a foodie and I eat, but I was not able to even finish half of even one meat from both meat portions. and only a few bites each of the sides. ok, the sauces.. can I say wow!? my favorite is the house and meat heat. they had 5 different sauces. can I repeat, that the food you get is worth more than the price? you won't regret this food. the two meats I did eat honestly didn't need the sauce bc of how juicy it was. idk if I had already said that already. the brisket I will get again. but I will be forcing myself to try the meats I haven't tried bc of the meats I did try today. ay ay ay. just awesome. The food is amazing, if you love BBQ, this place will absolutely not disappoint. The chicken is also amazing.Online ordering is simple through their website. Also, unlike other restaurants, they have got my order correct every single time.
Yikes! It was our first time and we wanted to like it, we really did. Sadly, there were way too many things wrong with our meal. Brisket was cold, taste of gas, potato salad had a brown color and did not taste good. Mac & cheese was also cold and not tasty at all. The corn bread, we just did not dare to try it.
Excellent food! Some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. Staff are super friendly and happy to serve you. It's a little bit on the pricier side but it's absolutely worth it for good BBQ. Try it if you haven't already!
