Visited here while in town for a hockey tournament. Food was decent. Service was worst I have received in the last 30 years. Server did not even try. Started okay. Server was a little slow getting to table, but they put us in a spot with few tables filled. He took the order, drinks came out fine. Ordered an app and food. Appetizer never came and food seemed to be a while. We finally asked a Manger who was nearby to check. Low and behold, as soon as she walked into kitchen our food came out. We also got to speak to the GM. After that, the server was still slow coming around and never apologized for the lack of service. Simply put, this is the worst service I have seen since working as a server in college over 30 years ago. Absolutely horrible!!
Sean was a great server! He made really good recommendations and was super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is nice and the food is great!
Awesome experience throughout!
4:00 in the afternoon not many people. I ordered soup and salad and requested to have the sticky stuff wiped off the table.. By 440 I received my pitiful 22.00 salad by 4:50 I received my straight out of the Campbell soup can of claim chowder. By 5:55 The sticky stuff was wiped up. Getting a refill on my 3.50 coke was also a challenge but I get one. Good luck.
Night of a show at Hanover. I should have known better and made a reservation. Lesson learned. Wait time was about 40 minutes. Now we were pushing it with 45 minutes before the show. Our waiter William was on point. He worked his stations like he owned the place. The manager , I assume he was the manager was hostess to food line , server, whatever was needed he was there. Then there was Felicia she was our waitress the last time we were there. When I say we I mean me and my 10 year old grandson. He recognized her right away. She remembered him and they chatted it up. Às busy as they were you took a few minutes and made his night. On our way out my grandson made it clear to the hostess he was preparing to be a food critic when he grew up and the food was A plus.
Waitress was amazing and helpful. Bill was high but that was our fault for not having a split check when the other family we were with had majority of the alcohol. But that's on us. Food was tasty and quick. We were seated on the bar side of the restaurant with two children between the group but it was still and intimate feel. Like we were the only ones there during dinner rush.
Great staff and delicious food and drinks
110 grille is always pretty solid. Food is great and fresh. Service is good, but understandably a little slow right now. Though I can't recommend them for delivery through Uber eats because every time I have ordered something is missing. But for dining in, it's a good staple of downtown.
First visit and last. 4of usWaiter said right off they were short staffed and stressed which definitely showed. No silverware, no napkins and no wine list after two requests.Salads came on hot plates, clearly right out of the dishwasher. Server mixed up our salads.Server brought the someone else’s dinners, which we only figured out b/c salmon came with rice when my friend had ordered mashed. When he returned with our order, there was still rice instead of mashed. We all ordered fish. My Cuban swordfish was tasty, well presented but a lunch portion for dinner. Salmon for the other three of us was one centimeter thick. Plate with a piece of fish, unseasoned steamed broccoli and a scoop of rice or mashed potato. No garnish, no lemon.Cafeteria food! And $100/ couple is no bargain. There are many places to eat in Worcester for better food, better service and better value. This was pretty much a joke.
One disaster after another. First I'll say it was kind of busy.....but I don't think that was the root cause of the problems. The server was a sweet young lady and did her best with the issues that other people screwed up. We ordered a no-alcohol beer. She was handed a Sam Adams by the bartender and she even asked if that was no-alcohol and they said it was.....and she believed him and brought it to my husband. He did take a sip or 2 and then I happened to look at the bottle and pointed it out to her. She was mortified! I felt bad for her! Then my husband's burger arrived about 25 minutes after the other 2 meals at the table. They comp't the whole meal. But we were sure to tip her properly. As for the food....the burger was fine, the fig & procuitto was too sweet with too much fig.
