Horrible experience. First time going there and will def be my last. They screwed up my entire order (simple instruction), and it also took well over 20 mins to get a chicken sandwich and fries. The young lady at the order counter was pleasant, and she provided me a cash refund. Everything else about this place was no good.
Slow and messy service, all over the place and lines are waiting with no help. Ordered online 20 mins and waited inside for another 20-25.Edit** fries were cold after they were done and shakes were not what asked for as well as watered down. Paid for more online and didn’t even get what was asked for so that was fun. Too pricey and slow, yikes
Best burgers in MA. The Manager is very attentive and the place is clean. Good job guys.
Arrived at 1 p.m. on a Saturday. Ample parking. Didn't have to wait long to place our order. Food was fine and there are enough options. Also there was enough indoor seating. Will return in warmer weather for ice cream.
Fries 4 stars - thick cut waffles fries that were still hot and crisp when I got to where I was eating. Great seasoning without being too salty. WUburger 3 star - on the small side for the prices, ok flavor, sauce(helped the flavor) and fresh veggies were good. Price 2 stars - the amount of food for $12 is a bit lean.
$16.88 for a hot chicken sandwich that looks more like a slider, a cold (short) hot dog w mustard and ketchup and a small orange sherbet which my daughter said was inedible bc it had "hard" things in it and she claimed a small bug like a fruit fly. Threw that away and the hot dog... I ate the chicken sandwich in a few bites. Food quality/qty isn't good for the prices they charge. First time and last time.. Oh and it took about 30 mins from time I ordered to get the food. Def short on help.
Staff was wonderful. Chicken sandwiches were amazing. Took off 1 star because we ordered waffle fries with cheese sauce - we got regular fries and the cheese sauce was runny.
Dam .... Finest burger ever and that's saying something since I am 81 and have had great burgers all over the world. Wish it was closer to home. I live in Western Mass and very seldom get out to the Woburn area. Great all around.
Went here tonight and it was fantastic! The food was hot and fresh which is always a challenge with takeout. We got the Nashville chicken which had a nice spice, the WuBurger which was amazing and perfectly cooked. We had a salad, two types of fries and a hotdog for the little one. Will definitely go here again. Very impressed with the food, service and prices.
Gluten free bun is amazing. Hands down the best burger joint I’ve tried!
