I use to come to this location all the time, after covid the establishment has gone down hill. I was probably sitting in the drive through waiting a good 8 mins for the woman to take my order, my boyfriend was with me. The woman that was taking our order she was very ignorant, didn't sound pleasant at all. Once order was taken I was noticing the guy at the first window was hanging out the window spitting his saliva out the window of the drive through. Once I got to the second window I was getting drink trays and food bags shoved into my hands (very unprofessional) the people were rude, no one said a word when I said thank you and have a nice day. Once I got home, our food wass cold, undercooked, fries were cold and soggy, baled potato was under cooked and raw. My chicken nuggets were cold. The only thing that was enjoyable was our frosties and our regular drinks. $32.50 is what we paid for and we will never see that money back again because of the poor quilty of food.
Service was prompt after using self-service kiosk. I like seeing our name on the monitor knowing our order is in process. It was unclear to me when handed a cup where to fill it with ice tea. When to the dispenser machine saw some QR code wasn't sure how to use it, pressing the objects on the screen nothing worked. Had to get someone behind the front to fill it up. I think she said it wasn't working? If not then why not place a sign on it and why not just fill the cup before?
I realized they messed up my order so I tried to go back into the store and they ignorantly locked the door. It was around 2:50-2:55pm so I’m pretty sure they aren’t supposed to close the dinning area. I will definitely be reporting to corporate because that was very unprofessional. Also they seemed very annoyed to even have any customers there was only 2 orders on the screen and they seemed like they were running around as if they had a whole list of orders. The lady with the glasses was very rude and needs to learn some manners and not rudely grab a customers order for them (Uber eats) and basically squish their food. This location definitely needs better training. Coming from being a fast food manager this was ridiculous.
Terrible service, they didn't have my mobile order ready when I went for pick up and forced me to go through the drive thru twice. Ended up waiting half an hour for food that should've been a quick pick up.EDITChanged from one to two stars since the burger was actually pretty decent.
Unfortunately they gave me exactly what I didn't want. I asked for no mayo, and a few regular toppings (mustard, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce, but my burger just was two beef patties, cheese and a bunch of mayo and mustard. I am really upset since I didn't have time today to stop for a proper lunch and now I am going to be hungry while working for a while. Fries were great. I couldn't even eat the burger.
CHECK YOUR ORDERS before leaving the drive through!.. They're 0 for 2 with me.. The first time shame on them. The 2nd time shame on me.. With a very short time on my lunch break this is extremely annoying.. Both orders were COMPLETELY wrong.
I'd just like to like to share my experience at Wendy's today. The gentleman at the window couldn't be nicer. he had me pull over while they attended to other customers in the drive-thru line. His name is Joseph. He was courteous and you could just tell he enjoys his job. Top-notch employee.
Usually really good! Although lately I've been getting charged and getting double burgers, when I have ordered a single. If someone orders a burger, don't assume they want a double and charge them just to make more $. Fix it.
Omgoddess! Shut this horrible place please! We admire wendys sandwich for the taste and quality. This is for the 4th time they have messed uo our order at the drive through and gave us cold freezing cold chicken hard to chew dried up nuggets!!!When i asked for a different sauce the guy at window (gos knows what he said) but my husband said he heard him say i have already given you the sauce.Idiotic and unacceptableI am definitely reporting then
