I’m usually very forgiving toward restaurants as I am a server but certain things are inexcusable. There are maybe 15 tables in the entire restaurant and I could take half in my sleep. Two tables that sat after us were served before us (after waiting at the empty host stand for 5 minutes). My drink came out very late and I’m not quite sure how the bartender let that drink go out - it was horrible. Next my $38 steak that was supposed to be cooked medium came out rare and with no seasoning on it at all. Then we sat there, very clearly done with our meals, for approximately 12 minutes before a waitress, who wasn’t even our server, came to help us box up our meals. We were so disappointed as the pictures online looked so good. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Finding this restaurant in the often traveled town of Woburn, MA. was a delight. So much so I had to return with old work colleagues for dinner. The menu is not huge, but what they serve is excellent. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was delicious, a bit too heavy red sauce and fresh ingredients. Most of the party choose the pork chop with vinegar peppers and all said how good it was. This will not be my last visit here.
I eat here once per week and Tremonte never disappoints. The new menu is wonderful and I would highly recommend the tenderloin and risotto dish. Drinks and appetizers are always spot on and the service is !
Awful service. Came in with my family member so excited to try this place at around 8:20 pm. They close at 10 so its not like we came in right at close. We came in for one cocktail and the waitress was upset that the hostess sat us at a table instead of having us sit at the bar. We didn't want to sit at the last two seats because they were squished together and due to covid we wanted to be at the high tops that were unoccupied. As soon as I asked for a cocktail menu she asked if we were getting food. I told her no and she said then we should be sitting at the bar and that the bar tender can take care of us. She was extremely rude and started slamming plates that we weren't going to eat from. We ended up walking out because she made us feel so bad about being here. Will never come here again.
This place is always a great meal. My two favs are the lobster ravioli, and when they have the special ribeye with sauteed spinach and fontina cheese. Don't miss the au gratin potatoes,they are amazing. Eggplant melanzan for an appetizer is unbelievable. Last week they were short staffed and it was not quite up to it's usual excellence. I've been going there for 20 years and it's always have a great meal. Shout out to Rose, our favorite waitress!
This is a service review.. Put on hold for 14 minutes and then could not get through. This happens everytime I want to make a pick up order. It's so annoying
We had Erin as our waitress n she is great. She remembered us last time we were in there. Food was great as always.
I was invited to a birthday party at Tre Monte and I thought it was great. First, it is easy to find, with a public parking lot right behind it. We had a space at the back of the restaurant between lunch and dinner, so we had the full attention of the staff. The menu was fixed, served family style, and was delicious. Theybwere more than willing to bring out more of any of the foods. There were both Caesar and spring green salads, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, ziti, chicken and eggplant parmesan, and baked fish, plus rolls. Everything I tried was really good.
Tremonte is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. All of the options are top-notch and never disappoints.
