Good food and cocktails!!For a place that seems to specialize in their cocktails, they have some amazing Szechuan style Chinese food!If you have the chance, definitely try the Halo Halo cocktail! Super unique and delicious!
Exceptional detail in every aspect! The drinks were phenomenal, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. It felt luxurious almost. I look forward to another visit!Cocktails tried: Two Roads Diverged, skeleton key, and a mai tai mocktail.Food: Sichuan flavor chicken with dry hot peanut, Dan Dan noodles, sweet and pungent ribs, shrimp and chicken fried rice, and their pan fried dumplings.
I can’t say enough about our experience here at the Baldwin bar. What an amazing atmosphere and our server, Jessie, was incredible. I have not experienced this amount of attention and catering at a restaurant in a long time. Jessie was very attentive and engaged in finding us just the right drinks. Our food was served quickly and everything was delicious. The presentation on the drinks was out of this world. Will definitely be coming back to this gem!!
If you are looking for mixed cocktail drinks you are never going to find anywhere else, this is the place to be. Food is super spicy, but I loved the braised beef and napa cabbage so much I had to finish it even though my face was melting off. If you want a memorable experience you aren't going to forget instead of another boring night out I suggest you try this place. The "Two Roads Diverged" for two is excellent and a fun table piece. They also do drinks to go in fun tubes. Love this place and will stop by anytime I'm in the area.
Favorite spot for one of my coworkers whi introduced me to it here a year ago. Fantastic drinks, delicious menu. Both spicy and non spicy options. The spicy cucumber app is ADDICTIVE. I have to get it every time. I have a medium tolerance for spicy food, but still find it so delicious.
This place is awesome. Nice tiki bar. Drinks are great! Good selection of beers with C.O.B in bottle. Ate appetizers only; phenominal! Can only imagine how good the food is. Service is on point too. Highly recommend!
Yes, I definitely also had cocktails. Not being a huge cocktail guy this place was amazing. Knowledgeable waitress and great atmosphere. The food that came out the kitchen was great aswel. Definitely a place I would have more cocktails.
The WORST experience I’ve ever had a restaurant. RUDE front end staff and EVEN WORSE bar tending staff.Front end staff: after entering the restaurant, my party was told we needed to wait outside (in the freezing cold weather) to have our reservations checked off. As we waited for the host to show up, 10 minutes later, we were finally able to be seated.Upstairs and downstairs: there is a hierarchy on where you can go within the restaurant. Being a first time customer, I asked to see if I could see the upstairs bar. The bartender at the bar, incessantly argued with me that you cannot go upstairs unless I had a reservation. After pleading that I only wanted to go view the space, the bartender reluctantly acquiesced and allowed me to see the space.For the rest of my meal, service of food and especially drinks were extremely slow. One of the ordered drinks didn’t have alcohol in it. I brought this up with the server but he didn’t acknowledge it with the bar staff.Overall, terrible experience at this restaurant. I’ll never go back and don’t see why this restaurant thinks they can treat their customers so poorly.
Great place with solid authentic asian food and GREAT staff. In a cool old house that is actually a really nice and fun atmosphere. The prices are fairly reasonable, maybe a little more than some other similar places but not too bad and well worth it.
The drinks are legendary. Also, try the cucumber app. Very flavorful and slightly spicy if you’re sensitive to spicy foods like my wife and I are.
