Waited over 25 min for what should have been fast food. The food tasted like it had been fried in extremely old oil. The cashier lady was extremely rude to the man ordering before us. He had a thick accent but you could still understand what he was saying and the whole time she was telling him she didnt know what he wanted and that she couldn't make that order. In the end the man gave up and just settled for whatever she gave him.
Drive thru line moves very, very slowly. Went inside to order and use the restroom. Absolutely disgusting inside of this restaurant. The floor in the bathroom was covered in urine and what seemed to be soap, which made walking very difficult on their tile floors. The dining area was filthy and packed with people waiting for orders while workers moved slow and without purpose behind the counter. Will never return even to pick up an Uber Eats order.
Stay away from this place. Awful. Total idiots work and here they could care less. You will sit in the drive through forever get cold food. I stopped going for close a year because I’ve had so many bad experiences I tried them again After not going for a long time and I had to turn around in the drive-through line again. I was there for 20 minutes I swear to God they service two cars I’ve never seen anything as bad is this place any fast food joint. Stay away
Shouldn't be a taco bell. Doesn't support the app, and prices in store are higher than the app... Don't allow swapping any sides on combos or any customization that is standard within the app. Also they covered there entire taco bell sign with KFC pick up... Clearly prioritized for the kids go to another taco bell...
We went through the drive thru, now there were no signs saying no long orders and we have been through this drive thru with the exact same order many times, as a matter of fact we were one of the many who went through their drive thru during the opening of the pandemic, but this one day we waited in the drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes, we get to the ordering box and start our order and she says, very rudely, if this is going to be a long order you need to come in, we asked where the sign that says that, she couldn't answer. So we left and don't know how quick or if we go back! But just remember who did ordering after you needed to be shut down for awhile and how were being treated! ?
Probably the worse Taco Bell/KFC I've been to. Came around 1pm and discovered they Closed the drive thru without putting a sign up. Told me to come inside 5mins later. Long line and after waiting 20 mins for my food, the order was wrong AND cold. How the hell does that happen before even leaving the store with the food? ??
Went there this morning. Got there about 10:05. 5 minutes AFTER they opened. Sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes. Said hello. No one answered.I understand that people call off and it has been hard for places to stay open or open at all. But please be professional and put a sign on the door or the drive thru speaker with an explanation.It is a waste of people's time. And especially now it is a waste of money because gas is a lot. You are the closest taco bell to me but still about 10 miles away from me. I wasted 20 miles driving and got nothing.Be more professional.
Place never fails to disappoint somehow. Show up, first one in the drive thru. Sitting there for over 5 minutes. Saying "hello" into the speaker and nothing. I drive around and a lady and a man with the drive thru headset on come over and say the place is opening late because their cook called out. Cool, great. Wouldn't you think to TELL THE PEOPLE WAITING?!? like that is so unprofessional. Even put a sign at the drive thru. How difficult is that? Just don't go here ever. There's other taco bells around that actually give you what you want and don't fail every single task given to them.
need to wait in the long drive thru queue even after placing a pickup order and its ready.no proper signs to the way/ entry/ exit.Same queue for KFC and taco bell.You cant even have a chance to at least glance at the Taco bell menu. Its almost placed at the exit.Cold meat / half-cooked rice/ weird tasting guacamole. Taco bell order packed in a KFC box and KFC cover.Just couple of unprofessional guys running the entire show/ so obviously they deliver below average quality food and service.I wouldn't go again not only to this place but to any Taco bell. Qdoba and chipotle are better places delivering quality food and professional/ friendly staff/ service.
Drove all the way there to get lunch at 10:30 due to it being the only time I can go. Waited in drive - thru, no one said nothing, went to go inside door, door locked, there was someone in there. Tried calling, no answer. Very frustrating that I had to leave due to needing to go back to work and couldn't stop anywhere else. Need to post the actual opening times if its changed.
