Last month I Walked in mobile ordering only - all good no problem but many angry people walked in and out. Ordered then Sat there for 30 minutes asked multiple people about my coffee and said not yet. Had to catch my bus walked out without my drink. Called the store they said I had to contact corporate so I put in a file online and still haven’t heard back. Last time I will add money to my starbucks card. Seeya

Walked to star bucks at this location to see this I wasn't driving and I didn't have the app . this is so unprofessional whoever owns this should be ashamed. Not everyone has a Phone or a car and may enjoy a star bucks coffee so sad close the drive thru not Cafe so everyone can get it.

What a surprise, another Starbucks you cannot rely on. This place always closes at random hours, the employees say the manager just doesn’t know what they are doing. They also say the manager does not want to come in when people Carlisle. They shrunk the café to make it to only a couple people can sit down. Starbucks has really just gone downhill, this location is just another example of how poor leader ship is in this company. If McDonald’s can pull it off, Starbucks can too. McDonald’s is always open, every location, every day. I would argue that Starbucks is probably busier than McDonald’s is, although McDonald’s probably brings in a higher dollar amount per person. Having said that, it really shouldn’t be a reason why McDonald’s can stay open and Starbucks. Every Starbucks in this area is a total disaster.

This place is just run with no regards for the customer. There are make shift drive thru signs directing customers at 3pm that lead us to the ordering window that says they're closed? Meanwhile I see people inside. Place is never open and when they are the orders never made consistent, pass on this location.
Was Drive-in only!!! The line did move along but it was way slower than inside/in person.
