I arrived at 7 pm an hour before they close and the lights were off.
The short lady with dark hair is very unpleasant. Always scowling and rude.
I've been going to this same Starbucks for 15 years or so. It hasn't changed much. Just different faces.
I was here for my Starbucks drinks but its says already closed and time on screen says at 9:00pm.
Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. Not to mention poor service. I travel 310 days out of the year. I have been to many Starbucks, this is the worst: -trash overflowing -spilled coffee grinds at the cash register -spilled liquids throughout the entire counter -rags everywhere -garbage all over the floor Now you are probably saying okay they were busy. It was 6pm, a homeless looking guy in the corner, 2 cars in the drive through and 3 attendants working. For service: I walked in, no greeting. Stand at the counter, the barista assigned to drinks walked past me twice and never acknowledged me (also note it wasn’t busy enough to have him dedicated) the take out window clerk walked past me twice never acknowledging me, then finally after waiting some time a guy comes out the back and says he will be right with me. After the drink was inputted the barista says he is out of whole milk to his partner, never asking me if it was okay for a substitute, then proceeds to sub for what he had. Makes the drink then places it in line for the take out window, then realizes it was mine and grabs it and just hands it to me. Not the greatest pics but you will see a small fragment of the mess.
Difficulty locating staff members
Starbucks just like many others but this one has for more seats inside than the other Woburn location just south of the interstate. Clean and quick service. And good coffee. What else do you need to get your Sunday started?

This place really small! Not good for meetings. People camp here.
