Honestly, the food was bad. The fries reminded me of high school cafeteria food. The burgers are very small and not very good. Very over priced for what you get. I'm not sure if that is unique to this particular location, I have never been to a shake shack before.In addition, the place was really dirty. The tables are not cleaned after patrons leave. The stand where you get cups of water and ketchup needed to be restocked. I told the employee at the counter, he just went oh. Never did anything or told anyone else. So I went under the counter and opened up the cabinet and got the stuff myself.I won't ever go back.
They never notified me that my food was ready. I waited five minutes after the five minutes it said to wait before coming in, because i realized they must be busy. I went in to find my food there the entire time without a single text notification. when i got home to eat it, they messed up my order as well. terrible service for such weirdly pricey fast food. And they put next to no avocado on my nearly $10 burger…
Good burgers. Nice 50/50 . Thick shakes. Mac and cheese sauce on the cheese fries. Love the crinkle cuts.
Food was good but it would have been better if it wasn't cold. Received a text that my order was almost ready and to look for my name on the board. It never did . Eventually I got in the long line and asked if it was ready, and it was sitting there. I asked them if they use the name board and they said... oops... everything was cold, but at least she didn't need to waste that 5 seconds putting our names on the board... disappointing first visit.
Absolutely delicious!!! Will definitely return. Best burgers and shakes! Our son really liked the kiwi apple limeade. We went they for his birthday lunch. Well worth the drive from Hudson, NH.
After going to shake shack several times, them messing up my orders and me not saying anything. I finally got fed up. After complaining, I got a voucher for $20. (Less than what I spent..). When I tried to use it, a teenager working said “oh I would have to get my manager to use that”. He clearly didn’t want to and kept on. Absolutely ridiculous. After spending $45, they messed up every single item in my order and took 30 minutes for 2 burgers, some fries and 2 drinks.Some of the staff is very nice, but most of them have half a brain.
Loved it! Great parking, quick service and friendly staff. We ordered root beer but it was out, so we were given extra wooden forks for our cheese fries. The ketchup dispenser was broken so they gave us packets as a replacement.
This place is okay at best. It is overpriced I think Wendy's cheeseburger deluxe is a dollar and the same size as shake shack's burger at $5.49. The Food was warm,the cheese fries were cold with a clump of cheese in the middle. Everything is sold separate so it gets expensive it's definitely not worth the price. I definitely would not eat here again unless it's the only food within a 50 mi radius. The only thing I wasn't disappointed in was the black and white milkshake It was the only thing that tasted good price of a milkshake is $5.49 and extra for whipped cream. The trash can was overflowing so we couldn't clean up properly. If Google had half stars I would give it 2.5 at best.
I went to this location last Tuesday and I am quite in disbelief and disgusted with how unsanitary they are. I will not be returning to this location.One the the younger gentlemen that was working the register came around to push the full trash down with his gloved hands, to make more space for more trash.. which was understandable. However there was a customer that was waiting for his food notice the ketchup cups were all gone and needed to be refilled. That same employee sad yeah no problem, and proceeded with the same gloves he used to push down the trash to touch all the ketchup cups he refilled, the same gloves to then wipe down the sauce station with a wipe. This was utterly gross and such unsanitary practices. Please retrain your staffs.The customer was just letting you know the ketchup cups were out and was still waiting for his food.. he was no way in a rush for it to be refilled. There was time to change your gloves, we wouldn’t have been upset if you went to change your gloves, all we asked for acknowledgement that you are aware the cups were all gone and needed to be refilled.
Dirty and lack of caring pretty much sums up this spot. All the kids working behind the counter just hanging out instead of cleaning once and a while make this place unwelcoming. Sarcasm while ordering is a very difficult thing for a customer to accept. When my fiancee asked if she could have 2 shakes made the kid behind the counter yelled out to kids behind himself " I don't know guys can she have 2 milkshakes". Who does that and says that? Where is the management or some sense of decorum? Absolutely filthy tables and behind the counter was disgusting. Crumbs everywhere
