Usually I have nothing bad to say about qdoba. I love the food I usually go to the one in Peabody and I got to say the Woburn location is terrible. I went there at 5:50 and stood waiting as the only person in line for 15 minutes while they did online orders. No one even said hello to me. They just kept their heads down. I ended up walking out because I just didn’t know how much longer I would have to wait to get food. Won’t be coming back to this location. At least say hello to people and tell them you’ll help them in a minute.
My wife and I generally like their food a lot but the only reason I am giving 1 star is that this time, there was a giant piece of plastic inside one of the tacos! This, to me, is beyond carelessness (like food arriving cold or not properly packed, all of which I personally don't really care for much when it's a delivery) but rather a potentially dangerous issue concerning health & hygiene. For full disclosure, the order was placed through Doordash and we had it delivered, not that it matters here.
Please bring back the tortilla soup for good! That was the only reason I preferred qdoba over other Mexican restaurants near me.
Worse every time, literally 6 peaces on stake on my quesadilla and then a bunch of cheese. My girlfriend's bowl had very little chicken. Not worth the money. This places just make us fat with a bunch of rice and cheese
They’re soda machine had literally no options! I couldn’t even get a juice box for my kid’s kid meal… they had no lids for their drinks. They had no limes on their condiments station. They simply had nothing.
Food was delicious and all the staff were very nice and helpful. Great location of the store. It was a little busy but there weren't to many people there. Lots of other stores around it too so there are other stores to go in after eating. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sleepy town and they were the only food spot open that wasn't fast food at the time we arrived in town. Quick and clean. Served its purpose as a quick late night meal.
Eh. I like Mexican food, QDOBA is probably more authentic than some other chains, but authentic doesnt mean better. I mean authentic like off a taco truck in Tijuana, might be tasty but not as good as as a carefully crafted meal. If it was my only easy choice I would probably eat there frequently an enjoy it, but if I had a wide selection of Mexican restaraunts it would be only occasional.
