Bad experience 45min for pre ordered soufflé!!!, we ordered soufflés , i drove 10 miles to pick it up , i couldn’t find it on the pick up location , I had to wait on the long line to ask where is it !!The employees check , they couldn’t find it , the ask the assistant manager “ Vanessa “ she doesn’t care , she said it not there so , someone took it !I ask her to get me another one , she said that they don’t have it and simply offers to gave me my money back , and also said it’s not they responsibility since someone took it !!And it my responsibility to be there right in time they made it and put it there !!! Then she left And let me wondering what to do !The manager “Milton” save the situation, he went above and beyond, he stepped it and went a head and baked me new suflles , I had to wait another 30 min but I was happy that he did try to do the best he canLisa was also nice
This Panera was not unreasonable. I did find one of the workers to be a little bit bossy, and needlessly so. She might have enjoyed her power trip. The gentleman of the drink stand could not have been nicer, showcasing all the lemonades on display. He was proud of them as if they were his own invention. Speaking of inventions, the new chicken sandwich is serviceable if overpriced. My wife enjoyed her teriyaki chicken bowl, and my daughter her mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwich. Side note: I've never seen a single pat of butter at Panera. Which is shocking given all that bread. Of course I've also never thought to ask.
Expected a tastier sandwich especially because it’s pricer than what you get in the neighborhood. Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it’s the blandest meal I’ve eaten in a long time.
Truly horrible experience at Panera Bread. I picked up lunch for our office, I had ordered chicken soup. Got the food back to the office, opened my Bowl of soup to find it 3/4 full of broth, with basically no noddles, carrots, or chicken in the bowl. (2 pieces of chicken). Be wary when ordering soup from them. (this was at 11:20am, during not at the end of the day)
If your going to charge $12 + for a salad at least fill the bowl . Portion was extremely small and the dressing even smaller . Fill the dressing cup up.
Pretty great! Enjoyed a fine Bacon Turkey Bravo, chips, and a Candy Cookie for lunch the other day.
Awful place! runs out of food. They never have anything. Ask for food.. pastry or drink and somehow they don’t have it. Order more mayonnaise packet & learn how to warm up food.
Extremely Rude staff, 30mins for food then told they are working on it that kitchen is backed up and it is what it is. No apology nothing but a blank stair! Unprofessional!
Call it short staffed due to COVID or just a difficult order? I paid for a large catering order for my organization and they had forgotten multiple items. For example, no cups/sugars/creamers for two totes of coffee. They had quoted a 7:00AM pickup and it was ready almost thirty minutes later. Stay away from this location.
I love Panera! I got the Mac and cheese, and broccoli cheddar soup. Two of my favorites! They were both very creamy and had a very vibrant flavor. The staff was very nice and the inside of the building was very clean and had a great vibe. It looked very nice and had a fire place. Prices are a little high in my opinion but nothing too outrageous. I have never had a bad experience here.
