Walked in, sat immediately. Waited about 15 minutes to be greeted at table. Not busy, only 1 other table seated in our section. Watched as staff continually walked by and ignored us. Our waitress finally walked up and said "I'll take your order". We each ordered a water and our meal. We skipped a drink because we already knew this was not going to go well. Food came out about 40 minutes later. It was fine. Nothing spectacular. However, I ordered a pick three item combo. Taco, flautas, enchilada. I received a taco and two enchiladas. We also ordered guacamole. Never received. We never received chips and salsa until after we ordered. Water sat empty at the edge of the table for the last 30 minutes of our meal. Then we were charged for the guacamole we never received. Alright food, terrible service.
The workers are rude, the food serving time is long, they miss our order 3 times in 3 different visits, yesterday’s experience definitely will be our last time. the wait time to be seated is long even if more than half of the tables are available, the kitchen is slow, they will bring you a dish you didn’t order and you are sure no way you order it and you have to pay for it.We ordered soda and the waitress poured water on top of it when it was still quarter full when we asked for water!!We called 30 minutes ahead for an arrange seated (this is what they recommended) and they said it will be ready and still for a party of 5 we waited 40 minutes after we arrived, they will seat people not in order of their arrival, it’s a mess at the door if you go on weekends!
Food was good and the service was fast. It reminds me of a Mexican style Applebee’s. The drinks were huge tho !!!
was traveling here to Boston from jersey this place was near my hotel so I gave it a try. First off the girl in Togo with the curly hair was super helpful . The only thing was the Togo menu is limited compared to the actual menu so I didn’t get to try the things I wanted which was kind of a bummer but the food that I did get was really good and have a lot of flavor. If I ever come back to MA I will definitely try this again but eat in the restaurant so I can try some of the nice options they had on the actual menu
It’s not the best food, not the best drinks, but the best service. The corn is probably canned and the guacamole didn’t have cilantro or lime- it would be better if they use fresh ingredients and possibly some authentic Mexican recipes
They got rid of their stacked nachos, which was the only food I liked. Drinks are okay, still probably the best restaurant in Woburn or all of MA which is sad but I’ll keep looking for good restaurants hopefully some with decent nachos like what they had.also if the menu item says add ____ for $$$ they will take that as replace one items with ____ for $$$ for example “add chicken for $1” which may mean “replace ground beef with chicken $1”COMPLEMENTARY CHIPS AND SALSA ARE NOT “NACHOS” ITS LIKE SAYING BUTTER ON TOAST IS A SANDWICH. When you call chips and salsa nachos it’s deceptive. That is for the other reviews not this restaurant.
I came in last night and told them there were going to be 5 of us for dinner at 6:30 but that 2 of us were early for happy hour. We got seated at the bar but was told to check in for the party of 5 when we were ready. It started to get busy so I told the guy up front that when he was ready to seat us we were good to go. An hr later he finally sat us at a booth. We must of waited a good 15-20 min to even have someone come over and at least take our drink orders. about an hr later we asked if we could put in our food, which we were told we could but the kitchen was so backed up it didn't matter if we put it in then or an hr from then we weren't getting food anytime soon. I get restaurants being short staffed but my question is why pack a restaurant if you can't accommodate the tables that are already seated. I am sure the wait staff would appreciate a decent tip with less tables then the stress of trying to keep 100 tables happy. I spent 4 long hrs at a restaurant for poor service and ok food.
Excellent food, generous servings and will not break the bank for pricing. Waitress Chris was superb. Hard working and attentive. Owner spoke to us at our table and welcomed us. Well worth the travel time for us.
Food was dry and service was very slow. I don’t care if it’s a pandemic if you remain open you should be providing good food and efficient dine in service. Will be going to corporate regarding poor employee attitude and food that was tasteless and seemed like it was microwaved.
Been here 3 times. The first two experiences were great but our last experience was bad. Food was cold and they only had 1 person waiting on tables so the service was very slow. You could tell by the staffs attitude that they were probably overwhelmed and overwoked. I would recommend to the management team to try and hire additional staff.
