Horridly disgusting ? service, servers management’s, delivery and more this was my first experience I’m a overnight essential worker providing service for theBoston Ma. areas totally petrifying to look at and think I was going to eat that definitely needs to be inspected and overseen by cooperate inspector and management because this is spiteful and demeaning to the community’s that support this multi million probably billion dollar business sad to say I will never Oder from here again!!!!!!!!
We did drive through here. Entry is difficult and the entry and exit driveways are shared. Be warned, the exit CROSSES the drive-through entry, so watch out for inconsiderate drivers turning left across your lane without looking.The food was hot and fresh. But over all it was just... McDonalds.
Very efficient McDonalds. Food always fast and fresh. Make sure you pay attention to the lot configuration. The store has done a great job painting lines and arrows, make sure you follow them, or you will clog everything thing up. Don't drive the wrong way, watch the arrows. It's not that complicated if you pay attention ?
The drive thru overflows with people and the facility can’t handle it. I was trying to do a mobile order with curbside pick up and the people who went thru the drive thru were made to wait at the curbside pick spots blocking all of them. Employee was courteous about the situation but was of no help! Waited
They've got to work on order accuracy. Just about every time an item is missing from my order in the drive thru.Last time it was a Double Cheeseburger, the time before that it was my fries.
I waited over 20 minutes to get my takeout order, while everyone after me has got theirs. I then found they missed the milk of my kid's happy meal when I got home. Horrible place. I should have ordered from the Chick-fil-A nearby.
I was asked to pay more after i had already paid the correct amount. I had a coupon and paid as a mobile order and then they requested extra to cover a coupon. This was in Woburn on Montvale Ave. Left without my order and will probably be charged anyway. Good deterrent from fast food!!
Went this morning. ordered 4 Sausage mcmuffin with egg.Girl who took my order didnt understand. I had repeat, "with egg" 4 times. Charged me for the correct items, got home, 4 Mcmuffins sausage, cheese No egg. Every time I go here for breakfast, its 50/50 my order is right. Just going to go to the one across town. Less aggravating. I'm ok with her not understanding, but she should've got someone who did. That's my major complaint.
My grandfather worked up from fry cook to regional manager of a local McDonald's in the 60's-70's.. and took pride in his job.THIS PLACE is run by unacceptable ignorance clearly rooted in management.There is a global pandemic.. PLEASE eat somewhere else for your own safety and the safety of your friends and family.
I thought at first that this was a good mcdonalds to do delivers and use the bathroom but I was absolutely wrong.One night I came in to grab their customers food and deliver, I put in a order for myself but the guy that had a nasty look on his face and attitude would not give me my food, and told me that I had to go through drive thru..Another night I went to go use the rest room and the guy was so rude and yelled at me saying inside closed, it's only for delivery pick ups. By the way I peed my pants while walking out of the place crying.. I will never buy a thing from this location or even do deliveries for them... ?
