Wish i could give no stars drive thru customer service sucks, the guy said he couldn’t hear me and i was speaking as loud as i can and he said he’s not taking my order if i can’t speak up, i said he’s rude he needs better customer service and he told me he’s not taking my order. I’m pregnant and craving something and i sat at the speaker for 5 minutes till he took my order and rudely said hurry the hell up and order something. I will not be coming back after that
After spending 10 minutes in the drive thru, we got to the order box and started ordering, when she said, if this is a big order you need to come in, now there was no signs saying that, and our order was over 6 Items but simple. We have been going and supporting this store throughout the pandemic when they opened. But we will rethink going here again. Customer service is 0.
When you place a mobile order 2 hours before their closing hours they will lock their front doors and have you go through the drive through. What's the point of a quick pick if you're going to look your doors 2 hours earlier?
Combination of Kentucky fried chicken and Taco Bell’s in one location is an amazing combination. The staff were efficient and friendly. Pleasant.
Decently quick. Since I make sure to check my order, I caught rhat they missed an item. But they were nice and quick.
Food was really nice. Tried the Nashville Tender chicken. Just filter the oil and try it. It is lovely.

This place is the worst. Food is fine and the only reason it even gets 2 stars. I have tried ordering ahead, ordering online, via the app, and waiting in the drivethru line. Last time I was there I was in the drivethru line for 45 minutes. Seriously. It's fast food. What is wrong with this place. I don't care how much I want fried chicken, I won't be going to this one.
Garbage. Came here for dinner afterwork and went through drive thru. Waited in a pretty decent line and placed an order to be informed when I got to the window that I'd have to come inside and wait 10-15 minutes to get my order, because their "power had gone out." Went inside to place my order again and pay only to be told "cash only." Ridiculously terrible service.
