We had a great meal with excellent service and a very nice atmosphere in the outdoor seating area.
Everything was fine. My son and I were a little disappointed in the coleslaw but it was ok. Good service. Fried pickles were great.
Ordered for delivery. Didn't get my drinks or the silverware I asked for. Pepperoni Flatbread was good, just not real crunchy. The rest of the order was pretty good.
A little pricey for this atmosphere. Food good, but not great. Clean, service was not the best due to staffing issues. Tough for server to keep up with all tables.
Our server was wonderful. Very helpful and pleasant. Food was great.
Service was average. Loud atmosphere, to be expected at a sports bar. Was there with a party of 6, we all got separate meals, and none of us were impressed with our dinners.
Can’t speak for the food but our experience was terrible. I called ahead to ask if dogs were allowed on the outdoor patio and was told yes. When I got there I asked for a table outside because we had a dog. I was then told dogs were not allowed. I explained I had just called and was told yes but they still said it was not allowed unless it was a service dog. No apology for the misinformation on the phone. The most frustrating part was there was another group there with a dog that wasn’t even on a leash!
Sat at the bar about 3 weeks ago and had an all-around lackluster experience. Last night was a complete 180. Magno and Bob were fantastic !! Their service was very friendly, quick and accurate. Thanks guys !!And also a shout out to the best manager Lance for being so accommodating and truly caring about the guests.Update:. Dropped in and the website says the kitchen closes at 11:00 and at 10:45 everything was shut down, not a good move Jake and Joe's.
Good atmosphere and good beer selection. Food is pretty decent too.I showed up to watch a soccer match and asked 45 minutes before kickoff if they could put it on one of their 100 TVs. I asked again 10 minutes before kickoff. The manager came out and said "we have to show basketball and hockey". Now this is at 10pm when all local games are over. I said that's fine, I just want it on ONE TV. Finally 10 minutes into the game and right as I was standing up to head somewhere else, the game came on.On the more positive side, they have all major MMA and boxing matches for a small cover.
Atmosphere: 7/10-I found the building to be quite cold. It was a very hot day today well unto the 80s so naturally im in a tshirt and shorts and it felt like the AC was on like high 60s low 70s [im a big dude so its not an issue of not having alot of insulation]They had plenty of tvs in the room some had weird light spots it looked like there was dots of light casting on the screens but I couldn't locate the source and they were in different locations so itd need to be a pretty big sourceMusic was nice I found the volume was perfect.Staff: 6/10-not as knowledgeable as you'd hope when asked if the tables st their both were stuck in place or if they moved the hostess was unsure a quick glance told me they wereI did find the staff quite friendly but also felt like the server didn't touch tables as much as he could have. The restaurant was pretty slow and I spent quite some time with an empty cup specially placed where you could see at a glance it was empty but my server didn't notice and I had to make the request with the person that delivered the food so id say 12-14 minutesFood: 5.5/10-we ordered pork dumplings and fried calamari to start. Whilst very tasty the dumpling squirted superheated just into my lip and shirt and conversely the calamari wasn't nearly as hot and was mildly warm to the touchI ordered the tips and tenders and honestly felt like I didn't get enough fries or tenders like if I had 2 more tenders or double the fries I'd have felt like that was a good portion but as is not really like ur not going to walk away as hungry as u came inBut the rib tips were very disappointing it was clear these aren't marinated or well seasoned got mines medium and it was quite dry and just had the flavor of being cooked over a charcoal grill. Which isn't awful its just quite basicDrinks: 4/10: I don't drink very often by my gf does partake and ordered a drink that was recommended she found it to be quite strong and when I tried a sip my immediate words were "this hits all the right taste buda in the absolutely worst possible way"
