I recently discovered this place this year, when I first went there with my boyfriend, that night it was okay, not the best I’ve had but not the worst. Biggest complaint is that the food was cold. Since then I’ve decided to give it another chance with takeout, it has been good when I’ve gotten the Carne Asada, every time I’ve gone it at take out I’ve gotten it with beans and rice as well. The chicken wings are also very good there, especially if you add hot sauce. Probably gotten take out there less then 10 times this year. Last night I got the same exact order Carne Asada medium rare & chicken wings. The woman checking me out it was very nice, when I got home though and opened it up, for some reason there was double of rice instead of rice and beans. A little disappointed because I wanted the beans lol, but was OK because the rice is still good. NOT good when it’s STONE cold, i’ve never had a takeout here be this cold before. The steak was also absolutely raw. If you can do a medium rare steak correct, its the best thing you’ll ever have. I even microwaved it twice, still couldn’t even eat it unfortunately. The chicken wings portions/meat on bone just get smaller and smaller each order I get. Don’t know what happened here with this order. Gonna give this place a break though, hopefully isn’t their downfall. Will give them another chance in the future.
Huge plates and great drinks. Never a bad thing to say about this place each visit.
Okay the only thing I will say are that the portions are huge. But having a lot of food is only good if the quality of the food is good. I had a burrito that was all steak with absolutely no seasoning and the steak felt like rubber. My fiancé got vegetarian fajitas and there was broccoli and green beans in the vegetables. Also very bland. I was very disappointed as the reviews were excellent, but sadly it did not live up to it. We both finished about half of our meals and left. I wouldn’t go back.
Service was a bit sleepy and the guac really could’ve used some salt. But food I general was tasty, especially the refried beans
We were excited by the reviews for this restaurant.Unfortunately the food we ordered was not very good.My burrito was exclusively strips of steak, and the vegetarian fajita had green beans in it, which didn’t mix well with the other vegetables.The nachos were okay, but, independently, the chips weren’t particularly good.I want to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt though since I ordered at 4pm on a Wednesday, which may have impacted quality.I hope this helps.
Besides the service (via Marco) being terrific and conscientious, the food is killer. The legitimacy of THIS Mexican food is such that the salsa served with the chips (which are made of tortillas fried in house) is Mexican salsa. This means its texture is thin, closer almost to gazpacho than the dense, usually spreadable, and definitely scoopable salsa that people buy in the United States. Know that when you're given a generous basket of chips.
I have ordered from here multiple times since I am close to the restaurant. I have called to place orders and I have ordered from GrubHub. An order I've placed on the phone was fulfilled as a completely different dish and they claimed they never got a call for my dish. I said, "I called this number" and read out the phone number. They didn't know the number to their own restaurant. So I had to wait for them to fulfill my order. Orders I've placed on GrubHub come with completely different ingredients, one ingredient being cilantro which I was not expecting and cannot eat. I called and explained the situation and they remade my dish without cilantro. 2 stars since they seem to never get it right the first time, but always get there in the end.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered the beef tacos and it tasted like a shredded tire off a 99 Corolla. The service was awful. I went with 6 of my friends and 5/6 had the same experience with the awful bland food and agreed the service was terrible. Will not go back. Yucky
