Half the staff doesn't know what they're doing, whenever I ask for something, they always forget something, and it's nothing complicated. It's not like it's busy, so there's no rush. It's before 7, so the drive thru is closed. That location should be either shut down or placed under new management. Staff is ignorant, asking for tips that they don't deserve if they can't get my order right.
Let me tell you. Me and one of my girlfriends walked in and when I tell you it smelt so bad. We couldn’t use the front desk Becuase it was “broken” and it took them a solid 10 minutes before taking are order. We had seen someone we knew in the drive way they waited at the window for 5-10 minutes. When they gave us are food and drink we found mold in the drink. And the employees arnt even nice abt it. They didn’t apologize nothing. They asked what was wrong with it and then took it and took another 5 minutes to make another one. And they don’t even pay attention, always on they’re phones. They don’t even speak English!!! I had to repeat myself so many times for them to understand. Don’t come to this dunkin!!
One of the good Dunkin’ Donuts out there, never have issues and very quick.
The staff at this location are very friendly and efficient but recently they've been shut down for walk-ins and only open for drive thru. I prefer to order ahead and walk in so I don't have to wait on the drive thru line, which can get long and backed up into a busy road, so this has been disappointing. They really need to hire more people to keep up with the morning rush
I could not have been more disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin’ Donuts on a Saturday morning with four carts still took me 15 minutes to get two donuts.The staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts has ruined my morning for the last time. I will never come back
I order 1 sausage and cheese go wrap and they give me just cheese. I go back in for them to fix it and they all laugh at me. All the indian workers smell the entire store, they all play games on their phones. They should shower before every work shift. It smelled so bad my son started to cry and wanted to leave. DONT GO HERE
Service was terrible sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before I can place my order go to the window sitting there for another 10 minutes manager had a bad attitude ripped me off $5 never go there again
Staffs were nice and the coffee is good.
As a Dunkins it's what you can expect. However I really feel they should hire more staff for the busy parts of the morning. The staff here seem like they could do with a few more hands, it takes a lot of time to get your order in and then to receive it. I frequently see people leave the line and give up waiting to order. Otherwise, the staff here are friendly and the product maintains consistency. If you are running late I'd skip this location in the morning.
Customer service is decent but the quality of the food/beverages can be a bit better
