Complete 180 with this location. Every time I go there now, customer service is great. I'm not sure if the manager, Ana, is new to this location or not as I've only seen her as of the last 2 months or so, but, she's wonderful and doing a great job. And if something is wrong, (which is rare these days now) she takes care of it with a smile and is super nice and friendly. This extends through the rest of the team as well. Now I come here almost on a daily basis!

These people just make food however they want too and don’t follow a recipe. Be careful when getting food. They don’t even use the ovens properly. Only go here if you absolutely must.
If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far THE WORST Dunkin I've been to in Massachusetts. Been going here for years for convenience reasons and, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Without fail, something gets wrong. And I don't wanna hear "Covid this and Covid that" this place has sucked since way before that. The manager literally has zero idea what she's doing. There's only ever been one kid there who knew what he was doing and would actually get everything right and I appreciate him for that. I never got his name otherwise I'd shout him out. But other than that this place horrible. If I order online, they still get it wrong. I don't know how you get something wrong when it's literally written right in front of your face EXACTLY what needs to be on the order. Or I'll go in person and ask for something as simple as 2 lemon donuts and get something completely different. I've worked in food service, this really isn't hard but people at this store act like it's rocket science. Putting butter on the right bagel is not a hard task
Pulled into this place at 5:30 on a Sunday. They are listed as open but the person working wouldn't even come to the window to tell me if they were closed. He just stood there playing on his phone. How does someone like that even get hired in the first place?
Fast service for sure.
Slow service. They closed the walk in restaurant so the drive thru is the only part that’s open, causing insanely long lines. Middle of the day and it takes 10+ minutes for a coffee.
@4pm 09/10/21Drive thru only doors are closed no sign.Wanted to get soft serve ice cream. We had the other day in another DD last week. The lady at drive thru was very rude.When I asked for soft serve ice cream she replied " this is Dunkin" I said the other location has it she said that it's in " basket donuts" whatever that means.A sales rep even on drunks should know what they are selling and try to explain if this product is not available at this particular location.
Understaff rude employees should just close this location. They lock the front and lines of cars to the street.
I am a very long time Dunkin drinker. I have been running into an issue as of late. Any time after 6pm......been there many times at all different times.....and was told the espresso machine was unavailable and had gone into auto clean mode....there is no stopping it and it can't be used after. I don't think you like tossing 5 dollar bills out the window, but these drinks are not cheap. If your employees don't want to serve it take it off the menu or remove the employees.
